  • Opens the heart and awakens our innate healing energy, which can be used to heal ourselves as well as our relationships. Mellow and relaxing, so good for those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other conditions that may limit your yoga practice.

This was such a healing video. I had some tears half way through when you spoke about self love. It has been so hard to love myself when I'm sick. This has helped me come out of that mental resistance, and start to accept and love my body the way that it is right now. Thank you

I've been using your two CFS yoga videos for a while now and it really helps a lot. Is there any chanses you are going to upload more of these CFS videos? There is not a lot of good CFS videos out there, so I keep my fingers crossed that you will make some new ones :) Really good videos

I found this a tad more difficult than session #1 for CFS but I adjusted things slightly and I felt so good at the end. Thank you for doing these videos for those of us who need to be seated / floor-based for the whole routine. So glad I found your channel! Victoria xx

this one IMO is a bitttt too intense. i felt fine but had a flare in some of the body parts we used 4 hours latter. the pacing though is really good and the bits we worked on i think need to be worked on...just as cfe and ci patient i want to suggest you do another one with more gentle versions of these poses.

This felt amazing. thankyou so much. Normally, heart openners give me intense back pain, but your cues were so perfect that i had no pain. I do struggle with alignment in puppy pose. feel like if i am reaching my heart to the earth, I am compressing my low spine. I was also told by another teacher that I am not supposed to bring heart toward earth but to open my shoulders instead/ Maybe thats 2 different poses? I like your way because it feels like a back bend without upper back pain. Anyway, bless you. I have been missing your videos. please post more!!! Many blessings!

Very good thank you, although the 'thread the needle' is quiet intense aerobically for me and we CFS sufferers need to stay under our threshold!
