    now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron) To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house. The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor. The distance between an oven and a person is very important.After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

    This is great for balance practice, but what keeps me coming back to this routine is that it never fails to relieve my sciatica. The only downside is that I have played this video so many times over the past two years that I can now recite everything Ellen is going to say before she says it.

    It's 2 years later and I'm still doing this beautiful session of yoga. I have strengthened and got more flexible but it is still such a lovely safe set to do for someone with CFS. Thank you so much Ellen for sharing your insights and gentle nurturing.

      Nice Video! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (do a google search)? It is a good exclusive product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my GF got astronomical success with it.

    I really want to thank you for making this video! I have CFS along with many other chronic illnesses that make it very difficult to exercise normally. I love to walk vigorously, but have never been able to find something to supplement that as well. I have tried so many different types of yoga throughout the years, but have found that the standing hurts me more than it helps. Having something like this where it is specifically tailored for my body is perfect. It offers just enough challenge, but it doesn't tax my body. Have you done other videos like this or would you be willing to in the future? I would be very interested in that. Thank you again 👍

      Give it a try. I have a great deal of pain with CFS and I find yoga helps my pain. It also has helped my balance and I don't stumble as much. It took a while, maybe a month, for me to tell I had some lasting pain help.

    I don't understand the 2nd/3rd exercises presented here. Without any natural arch in the back the pelvis would be tucked under and over a long time might remove the natural lumbar curve. You don't want the lumbar curve accenturated but you don't want to necessarily flatten the back either because creating a tucked under pelvis will likely lead to issues in hips/back (I know by experience). In the 3rd exercise why do you say "squeeze the glutes to lift the hips" instead of "press into the feet to lift the hips"?
