Made this for dinner tonight adding chicken. It was filling and delicious with the seasoning on the sweet potatoes. I cut mine a bit thinner and some of them burnt but the rest were very nicely crispy.
I always get excited when I come across a recipe that looks delicious and healthy for the fam. I already went out and bought everything I need and have them baking and it smells soo good. Can’t wait to eat😋
