I love one pan dinners! Seriously! As a busy mom, I love shorter prep and fewer dishes to clean up. One of our favorites is roasted red potatoes, broccoli, and smoked sausage. I usually have to throw them in the oven in that order, but just keep adding them onto the same pan. Always a crowd pleaser and super easy on me ☺️ if you have any more one pan meals I'd love to see more

MizzRowe I've got another one for you while we wait for another video: 4 bone in skin on chicken thighs (crunchy chicken skin is where it's at) one bag of trimmed green beans, 1 lb of tiny potatoes, halved if needed. Toss the veggies on the pan with some olive oil, plop down the chicken, sprinkle the whole thing with classic Mrs. Dash salt and pepper. 375f for 45 minutes. You can cover the beans with a piece of parchment for the first 20 minutes if you don't like slightly burnt ends but I don't usually bother. You can also do this exact same one with thick cut pork chops.

Thanks for the recipe Anna. The thigh is my favorite piece of chicken and I'm also a fan of crispy chicken skin.

Hi Sara, I just became a new subscriber over the weekend and just can't stop watching your videos. I was diagnosed with pre-diabetis and high blood pressure about a year and a half ago. :'( In that year and a half I managed to shed almost 50 lbs, bring my A1C count down to zero and cut my blood pressure medicine dose in half. Then last November I lost my job and my husband and I couldn't afford to buy the food we normally ate. That caused me to pack back on about 25 lbs and boy I can feel it. After about 2 1/2 months I finally found another job, so I've been on the hunt for quick, easy but tasty meals that I can make for my husband and I for lunch and dinner. I really think I have found my answer with your channel. I'm love, love, loving the recipe's I've seen so far and can't wait until Friday when I get paid and can go stock up for Sunday meal prep. Thank you so much for the great recipe's and I will keep you posted as to how I'm doing with my weight-loss to healthy. :D

Hello there! Thanks so much for your easy to follow beautiful videos. The ideas are totally inspiring and look delicious! !! I have a question re baking raw meat on top of uncooked sliced veggies in the oven. How do you get the timing right so that the chunky veggies also end up soft? I tried smthg similar with potatoes but these were still hard when the chicken meat was cooked. Thanks for any advice you can offer xxxx

I'm going to try all three! Do you have any rotisserie recipes? I've been using a vintage Sears Kenmore rotisserie I got on Ebay for 10 bucks, from 1963, and it works great. Twice I have done prime rib in the rotisserie, and it's my go to way to roast it now. The husband asked for this version last night for his birthday.
