Anyone else miss the ol’ crusade days? These style of vocals are completely different than anything else on their discography. I personally love his voice on this record but I know a lot of people hated them.

Their fans ruined trivium man, jus a bunch of down tuned generic metalcore riffs now but they used to be so much better in these days this album genuinely is apart of their best work
It was a great album dude. So underrated but it just had really bad timing. All the hype of the prior album, expectations and so called genres etc. They went in a completely different direction on The Crusade and paid the price at the time. People shit all over them. I think his voice is killer for thrash and Crusade is my favourite Trivium album.
@AustindcSK8 both parts are awesome.. it's like a progression in the song.. the first part is like ''before the bomb explodes'' then the second part is more sad cuz its after it exploded (if you read the lyrics and try to understand them then you'll realize it)
@AustindcSK8 what, the intro riff is nothing like metallica in my honest opinion. sorry but kirk don't even gets that down. ^^ the second part is great , just like the first. i like a song as a whole one and not only parts of it. stupid imo
yeah they do sound out of tune, but i have to disagree with the solos. im fairly certain if they wanted to they could play them live - theyre good enough musicians to do so. they just get caught up in the moment and half improvise. nothing wrong with that in my opinion, a lot of bands do that nowadays
that bridge riff is like the best part of this song but what happened at 3:42 with matt! fucked the sweeping up and then fucked some octaves up! well you can't have everything can ya
its coz in the 1st part sounds slightly generic i mean ne band thats wants to seem slightly metalish will play something like that yet thou the solos are'nt technically insane they've got feeling to you that kind of moves you TRIVIUM FTW LOVE THE 2ND PART
