  • (Crunchy) Deep Fried Sea Bass would be a better title.
    We eat pretty good, but every now and then, let er rip!
    It doesn't get much better than some FRESH deep fried sea bass.
    50/50 mix of Panko and flour with Old Bay and black pepper for a breader after a milk dredge.
    4 minutes at 350 gives it the perfect crunch and taste (for me)
    Grouper season is out so we'll go back to the sea bass, grunts and pinkies
