⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 暖暖魚鍋Warm fish hotpot 材料: 墨魚膠4兩 鯇魚嘴3個 帶子4隻 支竹4兩 豆腐1磚 綠豆粉絲6兩 薑6片 芫荽1棵 辣椒仔1隻 處理: 1. 鐵鍋內,中火煲滾一鍋水。 2. 綠豆粉絲,清水浸軟。 3. 鯇魚嘴,清水洗乾淨。 4. 帶子,用刀小心去殼,搣去啡色部分及黑色的腸,放碟上。 5. 帶子已處理好,用粗鹽乸一下,清水沖洗乾淨。 6. 支竹及粉絲,清水浸軟。 烹調: 1. 鐵鍋內的水已煲滾,倒去不要。 2. 在鐵鍋內加入: a. 豆腐、薑片 b. 魚嘴、粉絲 c. 支竹、墨魚膠 d. 帶子 3. 辣椒仔,放在中間。 芫荽,放上面。 4. 大火煲滾。 5. 加入雞粉1量匙。 6. 加入大滾水,至鍋的九成滿。 7. 滾起,完成,可享用。 暖暖魚鍋Warm fish hotpot Seafood claypot with tofu: Ingredients: Squid sauce 4 taels Grass carp head 3 Nos. Scallops 4 Nos. Bean curd 4 taels Tofu 1 cube Mung bean vermicelli 6 taels Ginger 6 slices Coriander 1 No. Chili 1 No. Preparation: 1. Claypot, heat up a pot of water. 2. Mung bean vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns soft. 3. Grass carp heads, rinse with tap water. 4. Scallops, remove the shell with a knife. Remove the areas in brown colour and its intestines. Put on plate. 5. Scallops has been well prepared. Season with cooking salt for 1 minute. Rinse with tap water. 6. Bean curd and mung bean vermicelli, soak in tap water until it turns soft. Steps: 1. Pour away the boiled~up water in pot. 2. Put: a. Tofu, ginger slices b. Fish heads, mung bean vermicelli c. Bean curd, squid sauce d. Scallops 3. Chili, put in the middle of claypot. Coriander, is to be put on top. 4. Boil up at high flame. 5. Add chicken powder 1 measure spoon. 6.
