I love how you go through everything step by step, and very transparent with trial and error. Beautifully edited, and the volume ratio between narration and music is perfect. Be cool to see a series of these!
Just wanna say what a gorgeous visual style you have going on here, and you have a great voice for narration too! Even though I basically know nothing about computers and didn't understand a single thing you said (Asking me to right click something is a big ask). I'll keep watching if there's more like this coming!
GPUs are a little finicky due to the unoptimized bios, but if you add a wx2100/4100 or a RX6300/6400 its one of the best low end mini machines you can get. There is also the t755s now. Im currently running a t740 from time to time.
@@Zoey_KL Bios wont let you disable the iGPU with some cards (which is the main problem), and all those cards (or the variants I have) work perfectly limited under Linux at 32watts. Had a RX 550 LP that worked in a 640 Plus, but won't boot at all in the T740... My LP Intel DG1 XE wouldn't boot either.... Also what I meant by finicky was if you're only using the dGPU the whole system craps out, but if you use both iGPU and dGPU on separate monitors it will work perfectly....
What a shame you couldn't get the capture card in there! I hope you can find something else to use this for. It looks like it has similar performance to my old laptop, which could run Dark Souls III at a similar standard but ran into some massive issues in certain areas. The Dreg Heap made the frame rate drop to single digits, but only when I looked in the direction of the giant mass of moving buildings in the far distance, so it must be because of a badly optimised asset. I wonder if the same thing would happen with this system?
This is a deeply cool video that makes me feel a lot of 2013 nostalgia. Those days were full of hardware optimism that just doesn’t exist now

Thank you!
Very excited to watch this video, and extremely amused and delighted at the channels seeming new direction.
Very cool
Fantastic video
Love this! What a weirdly powerful thin client :P

I still think it could make for a good Minecraft server but nobody has expressed interest so far, so 🤷♀️
@@FenoTheFox Ah right, well I don't play Minecraft so unfortunately I'm not too interested in that either!
