It’s 5:30 am. I have been up since 1 am after going to bed at 10 pm. Sweating all night with heart beat in my ear. Anxiety. I’m sweating all over my body including in between my fingers. I crave salt and sugar. I will go three days without sleep. When I’m sweating my skin burns like I just got out of a tub of ice. So many other symptoms. Overwhelmed and can’t handle stress. Sounds like I have adrenal issues.
