My last baby came out sunny side up with a shoulder dystocia. Currently, 24 weeks and I’m not taking any chances this time. That was traumatic to say the least. Thank you for this information! ✌️❤️✨
I have a friend who used a spinning babies midwife and had the most incredible birth experience. I am trying to incorporate these things into our pregnancy and would love to share this information with my wife, but she is French Canadian. It would be much easier for her to learn in her native tongue. Does anyone know if there is a source of these techniques being discussed in French?
Can someone help me understand the day 6 of thr Bums Up? Online it says get a friend to help, like it's going to be all day, but it never mentions the sequence of exactly what to do and how often. I am very confused.
How DARE someone with decades of training, experience and knowledge that helps women all over the world charge MONEY for her knowledge! GASP! The AUDACITY of charging ten dollars!!!
The small amount to purchase an ebook is FAR LESS then the thousands your insurance company would pay the hospital for an unnecessary cesarean section because they dont give you this information paid or for free. 😵💫Perspective is everything! 😓
One important thing to consider: We do not naturally walk on our hands upside down. Being inverted is not a natural position to be in, especially for a baby making its way DOWN into the birth canal. Why would it be healthy to intentionally work against the gravitational forces that has had significant influence on our entire evolutionary development?
It’s also not natural to have a baby laying down on her back either but people still do that. It’s clearly working for people so if you don’t agree, just simply don’t do it.
Sometimes our lifestyle isn't as physically active as we used to be hundreds/ thousands of years ago. Babies can enter the pelvis in a posterior position, or with an asynclitic tilt to their head. This can cause a longer, more painful birth. Spinning Babies help our body and our baby get into the best position for birth.

I did this when pregnant and it felt so good.
If your baby isn't breech, can you still practice this without adverse affects/flipping baby the wrong way?
Thanks!
I have the same question!
I flipped my baby out of head down after doing this
