They should've chosen a different dragon type like Frigi, Goomy, Jangmoo, Tyrunt, Druddigon, even Alolan Exeggutor.

@WalterN34 I'm with you. I started playing last year. My best Dratini still just has IVs in the 80s, and I have yet to catch a shiny.
Can anybody explain when they fuse together with the IVs are and can they all be shiny lunala
