Neil plays a colourful and far-out painter who sings while he paints. Figures from classic paintings by Titian, Van Gogh, Da Vinci, Raphael, Rembrandt, Whistler, Van Eyck, Klee, Mondrian, Rousseau and Dali come to life in this ode to the literal, credulous and uninspired.
