A song first featured by Neil on Rutland Weekend Television in 1976 and his second solo album ‘Taking Off’. Neil plays a newspaper hawker while Nick Cabaret judges a beauty contest and tells the sorry tale of Bella the beauty queen. This clip was filmed at the Penmare Hotel in Hayle, Cornwall that was demolished in 2003.
