I love the pass through under the arm rest. I know it's weird, but my little Weiner dog will use that as a secret passage between the front and back -- a huge selling "feature" for me!

Nice review! Thanks for specifically reviewing the advanced and not the pricier performance trim. Learned a few things I didn’t see in other videos: power folding mirrors and specific heating/cooling zones on the front seats. One question I have is if it includes the power outlets in the middle of the rear seats like the performance does.

Great to see a review of the Advanced (vs. Performance) version, which is $10k less and almost identical. Love this car!
Not nearly identical; Performance has real Napa leather interior with suede material on doors and headliner, and rear cargo areas. 21” wheels with much nicer rims, then better suspension for the increased horsepower of 429 hp vs 314 in the aAdvanced. Bigger brakes also to accommodate the greater hp. The list goes on.
@@jamesbarfield8477 but not by much. Just looked at these and the performance seems not worth the extra 10+ especially when it also loses total milage
I own an Advanced. It's enough car for anyone who loves to drive. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the Performance, but it has more than enough for regular folks.

The fingerprint reader in the GV70 works every time and is fast. Nice way to load your preferences.
Very good for the basics but now we need a driving review. How is does it handle compared to the performance model and how does it perform. Someone suggested the suspension is different in the two. Not sure why I care because we can't get it in Colorado anyway

As mentioned before, thank you for reviewing the advanced model. My wife (the real DRIVER in our family) has been agonizing over the decision between the advanced and the performance. We have located one or two advanced models in our area so she is weighing the options. 0-60mph is of know concern but just wondering if there are any other major trim differences or comfort differences between the two models that are worth $10K. Thanks again for the great review!

Great review also great timing I did a test-drive yesterday I do have the choice to buy the advance or the performance I am a little torn between the 2 , I have to say I do love Napa leather trim the seats are very comfortable also the camera that reads the road ahead for the suspension I think is a nice option as we have a lot of rough roads around my area.. So many thanks for your review I have to make a decision in the next couple of days, I consider myself very lucky to have been able to find the GV 60 without a waiting list or a silly price mark up.. This is the vehicle I want, but I live in South Carolina. I can't get a straight answer from Genesis for when they'll be available in additional states. I've tried dealers in NJ, but they're mostly only selling to locals because of the inventory limitations.
That's exactly the car I have been trying to find a review for... Advanced trim, red exterior and black interior. Can you tell me what material the upper door interior panel is finished with? I know it's Alcantara in the Performance trim, but it looks different in the Advanced trim.
Hey Matthew! We also LOVE this trim, its loaded with awesome features! The material in the Advanced trim is s soft-touch, plant based leather. It also has fabric made from recycled PET bottles & fish nets.

Is the seat comfort in advanced trim is same as performance?
Mine are incredibly comfortable. Not Napa and doesn't have the massaging feature, but still top notch👍🏾

Why do you Americans NOT have the camera "mirrors" like we do here in Australia, or Europe or Asia ? These electronic mirrors are brilliant in low light or in wet weather , give the best blind spot coverage and of course minimises the wind noise due to its much smaller size. Why don't American models offer this great feature ? Is it because you still haven't embraced the metric system ?
Okay. I’m not 100% sure why, but women car reviewers are so much better then reviews by men. No offense men. I think maybe it’s because women really get into the small details that men just don’t cover. Well done.
How much does it cost to repair the useless crystal ball when it doesn’t spin around preventing you from driving?
Need to sell my 2 month old EV6 and get this car. Haha. Honestly though, the trunk space in my EV6 is already small, so downsizing to this probably isn’t the smartest thing to do.

You are correct, however, spelled "Mauna" it means mountain.
These electric cars and trucks are a environmental disaster in the making ! They endanger people and property at a very high level .
