This song and video helped me survive a horrible depression episode while in high school. I would skip school and would stay home all day hiding from nothing and losing track of days and time.

I was looking through the Buffy soundtrack listings to try and find a songs I remembered I liked. And I remembered this song. I love it! Its so catchy and has a nice tune.And shes one of the only singers on the show that actually had a line. I think I found a new favorite artist.

I've been re-watching Buffy from the beginning since February and just finished watching this episode. I completely forgot about this, but re-watching the episode made me remember how awesome of a song this is.
Love this song. Loved her since I was 14. I'm 33 now... she got me through my time in Iraq (ex-army) and my breakup after 7 years. I'm married now, house owner, it's not on her but it's because of her that I felt better through the bad times.

I first heard Aimee on "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" (An amazingly great show!) She's playing this song at The Bronze. Spike's in the balcony watching when a girl comes over and starts hitting on him, saying they should have some fun together, like they did the other night. Spike tells her he's not interested and she asks him why he's so shy, that he wasn't when he turned her (into a vampire.) They fight, and she goes off the balcony and dusts in front of Aimee, who's on stage in the middle of this song. They stop playing, then start again right where they left off. As they're leaving after the show, she turns to her bassist and says, "Man, I hate playing vampire towns!" Classic!! (The lyrics are beneath this comment.)

Same here. Loved the song and thought it was funny how when the vampire falls and is dusted the music stops and everybody just freezes and stares for a moment and then Aimee just continues playing after a moment like, "Uh, let's pretend that never happened."

With me, the movie Magnolia got me into Aimee's music (although I remember I did love Til Tuesday back in the day when I was 15!) Funny how so many of us got into her for her music put into movies and TV to set the mood. My daughter's friends know who she is when she tells them she's the music from "I Am Sam".

I heard Til' Tuesday as a little kid. My sisters liked the band. Think it was the soundtrack for "Magnolia" that actually introduced me to Aimee Mann. It's a great soundtrack full of her songs. By the time she made her appearance on Buffy, I already knew her music.
