Great video! I have used all the products you debut there except for the Klaus. In my opinion topper is shinier than beadmaker. I also found topper to be twice as slick as beadmaker. Imo.
This is a fantastic video. I was in the extreme solutions shop in Jersey today and the guy was raving about some product called topper. So I decided to young tube search it and ran across this. Thanks!! If I can be critical (part of my profession is critiquing aerospace publications) for your next review can you segment the products equally using vertical masks instead of those sections. The reason being because on your gorgeous car the angles of the hood seem steeper or shallower depending if you are further up the hood near the windshield or further down near the grill. You are the man. Loved that your bonus included stripping the product. Loved the air drying. Your dog is cute too. Lol. Keep making videos man! You have a follower for life.
My big issue with beadmaker was it collected so much dust and pollen.. I was not really concerned about longevity with it. in your experience how does topper do with dust or pollen
My summer projects are correcting my truck (it's black, wish me luck!) and then applying Jescar Ultra Lock Plus, as well as my father's car, sealing with CQuartz SiC. Going to top both with Topper, seems to play nice with damn near anything. Can't wait!
@@DetailingBreakdown yea I have 4 cars I wash every 3 weeks . I use it on them every time it’s a good product . I just picked up ethos’s dyfe that stuff is good also
My experience with bead maker is it does definitely add gloss but it is finicky to work with hazing and streaking when weather is not optimal. Water behavior is not good even after a week first maintenance wash. I got ahold of some uber sio2 and that stuff smoked bead maker in the protection dept/ease of application. Shine was almost as good but the sio2 darkened plastics much better. Beadmaker smells awesome but the uber sio2 smells like cotton candy which I like but beadmaker smells better to me. Bottom line uber worked better for me and is by far cheaper.
Hi Pan - I used Extreme Solutions topper on my car two months ago. It is a garage queen and has only been used and washed twice since I applied the topper. I would like to use Turtle graphine + ceramic paste wax on the car now. Can I apply it over the topper?
Well, Ultra Gloss and dust repellent don’t go well together. But one of my favorite is Art De Shine Crystal Wax or Manett’s Gloss Sauce. Topper from Xtreme Solutions is very nice as well.
Also have heard from many other detailers aio was good at interior glass cleaning and keeping fog down. I tried it that way wasn’t too crazy about it that way
GREAT...INFORMATIVE VIDEO imho....after watching closely i think xtreme solutions wins by the slightest of margins. performance/ease of use and gloss gives it the slightest edge. have u tried gyeon cure??? it mentions anti-static properties in description. i hate dusting and hoping to find the best product that reduces that. wasnt aware of it, came across it when looking at the new restart. will definitely be pulling the trigger on the strip down. 1st came across it on wax mode - been contemplating it ever since. now with this clear performance display - gonna get it. HOW DOES TOPPER/BEADMAKER compare to NV LUSTRE?????
Hi ! I am new to your channel. I am a big fan of Beadmaker, I renew the application every month. Would you still apply it on plastic trim that has been restored with Solution Finish ? I was wondering how these chemical match. Thanks !
Thank you for watching. Beadmaker is great and will be better as u have been applying monthly. I could use it over the SF but I would use a more durable sealant or trim coating. Beadmaker is strictly for gloss in my hood and added slickness afterwards.
@@DetailingBreakdown thank you. I would have applied a true sealant, but rain uncertainty in the tropics , and no garage, have made beadmaker a no brainer for me...

@@DetailingBreakdown He was referring to the lack of prep. Left side and right side polished. Center was not. So the products in the center don't have naked paint and that makes them harder to bond and can affect their performance.
@@yanniobkirk5744 u don’t understand the polishes I used . They are primer polishes. They leave behind something to help the next step. So I just wanted bare paint in the middle that was unprimed. @@DetailingBreakdown I hear you, but the act of using those primer polishes on the left and right is still prepping the paint in a way that the middle section never received.
