20g sugar
3g salt
4g of yeast
40g room temperature unsalted butter

I made this last night. Followed it to a T and used a scale for measuring. It was SO SWEET. Way too sweet, we couldn’t believe it. I will try it again with no sugar or just a tiny bit.
