Great video as other videos show you how to make Cashew Cream Cheese their way... but you show how to start it off properly and get that creamy texture. Very Great!
Great video, and might I say, you have amazing on-screen presence! You are very comfortable in front of a camera, you are a natural - call Food Network! Anyway, thank you for the recipe. 😃
My version never became this creamy and didn’t look as white. Delicious though, I caught myself licking on the blender jar. I was hoping mine to look like yours so it looked good on the carrot cake. Trying to make it was a mess…LOL.

Uh, did she just put the lemon in the press backwards? Please don't tell me I've been doing it backwards all these years. I noticed that the one in the video has drain holes on one side and drain rails on the opposite side. Is it some sort of dual function version?
Hello, Retrodog. Yes, the lemon here is pressed backwards as the tool she used has holes on both sides. You may check your local health food stores to buy one. Hope you can make this recipe, soon! :) ~ Pauline
The title says this is cream cheese? She keeps just saying cashew cream. You need to change the title to be correct, I watched this whole video waiting for you to turn it into cream cheese.
I’ve had Vitamix for three years, this year started using it and TODAY I learned what the stick is for…LOL.
Thanks to you!

Thank you so much! :)
Thanks for sharing ☺️
Can you use a food processor instead of a blender?

Should the cashews be organic or does it matter?
Thanks for the demo on cashew cream. Very interesting and well done!
We love to know you appreciate this, Estelle :) ~ Pauline
I've seen a lot of these recipes on UA-cam and made some myself, and I realized that all this really is "cheesy" cashue hummus
Do you have any recipes listed you use it in, and the quantity? Ty.

I m confused... Is this Cashew cream like "heavy cream" or Cashew Cream as in Cream Cheese?
She calls it cream cheese, but it's cashew cream.
