The recipes on this channel usually intimidate me because they are so chefy. This was really quick and easy. And your taste tester enjoyed every bit with and without fruit! What a cutie🌱🤗
Really enjoyed seeing the little boy in the kitchen with you. How cute. my son that was in the kitchen with me when he was little turned out to cook, my other son, who was never in the kitchen can’t bother toast🤷♀️
Made this over Thanksgiving but tweaked it a bit with the ingredients I had on hand. For the Agave I substituted the vegan amber un-honey and for the xanthan gum I added 3 Tbl of chia seeds (adding 1 Tbl at a time and checking on it throughout the day until I got the consistency I wanted). Was amazing and tasted like sweetened condensed milk. YUM! Served it with some vegan pecan bars.

I think y’all should try dipping carrots 🥕 in the cream, just like the little one said. Might be great on carrot cake too!
OMG he is so precious!!😍
That lil guy is living his best life lol ❤

what to use instead of xanthan to thicken up?
I made this. It was incredible. Especially with berries, fried banana and crushed peanuts. Make it. Do it!
Awesome, Kelly! It's seriously shocking how quick and simple this recipe is...and everyone always loves it! Thanks for sharing!
❤
Wicked Cute!
Can u use cornstarch, if u don’t have xanthan gum ?
Can chia seeds be used to thicken instead?
Lol 😂 carrots 🥕 he made my day :)
Can you use this in a Triffle
If I leave out the vanilla and sweetener, would this mixture, the cashews, coconut milk, and xanthan gum make a decent cream cheese replacement?
It sure would you could even squeeze a yellow lemon to give it that tart tangy kick
Can you make it without the xanthan gum?
Try psyliium husk .....about 1 tsp!
It passes the taster test by your son!
What a cutie .. hello from damascus syria
Hello, Salma! Thanks for watching!!
Is it normal that xanthan gum just comes in a big bag when a recipe only calls for less than a teaspoon....
