Hi, Regina (Matt's CoS) here! 👋
This is the MEDIUM version (Version 2) of how to use Asana as an agreement tracker: designing Asana profiles. It is definitely more difficult than the Easy Version, but the rewards are magnitudes greater!
Whether you're a small startup or a 2000+ person company, you'll need a way to track your Action Items across your team. Luckily, there's an easy solution: Asana. 😏
In this series, we will go through three levels of difficulty of using Asana, and detail the pros and cons of each one. Be sure to watch the other Asana setups and choose the right one for you! 🙌

Pros of the Medium Version ✅
-Project Templates make it easy to create consistency across profile setups! Huge upgrade from the Easy Version of the Asana setup.
-Admins can automatically have edit access to profiles, and can therefore set up automations, fix Asana formatting, and view all tasks (making accountability across the org much easier)
-Setting up custom columns provides much more context on tracking things you care about, including OKRs, whether tasks are done or not, and more
-Automations make setup a breeze! 🌬
    -Sections make things clear ✨
Cons of the Medium Version ❌
-Takes quite a bit of time to set up. (Not to fear: if you want to copy our's, all you have to do is ask! We're happy to open-source the way we've set our profiles and automations up. Just ask Regina @_rpgbx on Twitter.)
-You have to remember to add tasks to your Asana tracker from your meeting takeaways, and therefore, you may not always have all the context you need on when/how/why a task is created since there's no meeting doc tied back to the task
