Dust your beef cubes with a little seasoned flour then brown it. As it cooks the browned flour will slough off and become the thickening agent. It will also cook off that 'flour' taste. Also, use diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. Nice knives!

And being as young as he is and already owning property's and a home and multiple vehicles etc.. is most definitely a blessing!
I got really burned out on the type of content most outdoor UA-camrs were putting out and you have completely turned that around for me. Love the down to earth and natural vibes that come with your videos… it’s fun to watch and even has encouraged me to start making videos of my own again. Can’t wait to see some more winter activities, we don’t get too much of that white stuff down here in Texas lol.

I think most of us have already been there and done that. Our heating system at home needed bleeding a fre years back and my roasting hot PS4 was the only source of heat that night in my bedroom but it kept us warm, dem biznitches can throw out some decent heat let's be honest here!

I recently saw the episode where you took your mom and dad fishing in alaska with an air tour. You were smiling the whole time and it was so obvious you love (even like) them very much! Sweet!!
The next time you make a steak kiddo, try this side dish. Broccolini, toasted walnuts, butter, lemon zest and juice of half a lemon. Just made it, and I can’t cook, it’s awesome, maybe a tad bit of mayo for a mock hollandaise might work😉

Went winter camping 2 years ago with my friend,had a great time. Tiny stove in the hot tent. It worked great. We brought 4 duffel bags of dead,ash. Never got cold. Cooked on charcoal out side. Had a out house 50 yards away. No one else crazy enough to be out there camping. Correct cots and zero sleeping bags. We had a blast. Lots of Crown Royal helped. Thanks for the upload. Keep camping.

Yea I find that when I use my Instapot, I have to doubly season because you usually trade depth of flavor for quick cooking time. Plus the steam in there creates more liquid than the stove so it tends to dilute the flavors as well.
pressure cookers don't lose a lot of water so you don't normally need as much as you would stovetop, only thing to pay attention to is if you're making something that has beans or lentils, they can expand and take in a lot of water, but if you don't have dry beans or lentils, the instant pot / pressure cooker will retain a lot of the liquid.
Been a fan for years now, and the videos only keep getting better!

Dude, powdered gelatin instead of flour. A packet replaces the hours and hours of stock from bones but makes for a better mouth feel and reheats well versus a starch based thickener. Big fan, love the content!

My son and I drove from Alaska to Upstate New York, all the way through Canada. 5.5 days, in my little Ford Focus filled to the brim and my little dog too, what an adventure! 8 months later I packed my little car again and me and my dog drove to Colorado to live. People say how brave, I say nah. Just gotta do it. Live life!! Don't wait around for it to happen. Make it happen! 🚗 🚘 🚔

Great to see the Bug again! Your subscribers might be interested to know how geologically interesting Gooseberry Falls is. It's an ancient lava flow, and some really old rock. Been doing a lot of camping up in Superior Natl Forest and I've already gotten used to slowing down before that pull off area. People will just wander across 61 without even looking.
