I managed to snag both this year for only a slight markup. Both are very good pours and I’m happy to own the bottles. I actually favored the 10 in a blind side by side, felt like I could pull more flavors out of it.
I got the complete opposite of batch 1 and 2, I thought batch 1 was darker older tasting with more leather notes and batch 2 fruitier. Both were very good to me though.
The question is would.... how much over msrp would you pay? I only see these at 300-500 in some stores. I got lucky on a jack daniel 10 at costco $65 , but no luck on 12yr
Why didn't you try the 10 year first? Over here bullying the younger sip smh. I have a buddy who is manager over some liquor stores. It's a shame that he isn't near so that I could try and get good stuff held for you (because he won't ship).
Wondering if TV has ever closed these videos with the wrong exit line "I hoped to catch you in the crucible" 😁
Plantains and coconut just make me think of my dad’s Trinidadian cooking. Lol
Amazing stuff right here, I had it at a trade show dinner a couple of years ago and it blew me away.
We need to get some of that JD12!
Thanks for the video!
My local place has a 10 and 12 that I might have to snag!
I wish I could find this!
Yes. I'm on my third bottle JD12 this year. It's my fav.
We passed on the 12 this year as it wasn't supposed be as good as last year but, got the 10.
Haven’t picked up either of these but will definitely watch for them now!
I got a bunch of sweet and nutty notes. Peanut brittle was how I described it

I’d probably pay $120 and no more
@@dramguardmost people will never see it for anything close to that

Ma boy, speaking of jack daniels, try their bbq sauce. Thank me later

In side-by-side comparisons the lower proof is supposed to go first.
Sometimes you get giddy ya know?
