Gym travels is back again to an old gym…an old school Jim of course, we are back in Stoke to marvel at this gym once more as we were given the opportunity to meet Paul the owner who a great guy with a strong mind for progression.

Yeah sorry about that man, we noticed at the end that after filming that we didnt get enough footage of the equipment so we will make sure to do that next time.. however for this gym we did do a previous showcase for it before the improvements back in September.. check it out its on our gym impressions playlist..
