Hi, I just returned from a vacation in Iceland. Within two days I could feel changes in my body due to going back to an American diet and it WASN'T a good change. The Icelandic people eat much closer to nature. Loved the fish, and in Iceland they sell a drink full of colligan. I drank that hand over fist and it is YUMMY. I'm going to try to get back to eating closer to that Icelandic diet. Now, they do cater to tourists and you have to avoid that food, pop, sugar, etc. And their food portions are smaller than American portions and are so filling. I've done a lot of research on how bad American food is, and that trip to Iceland was the icing on the cake, pun intended. I'm going to just keep working with what I've learned and Dr. Youn is a person who teaches and I love him and his care of people first. Thank you Doctor.

Dr Youn is someone I've only just started following.
What I value is his education baselines: diet, supplements, skincare, movement. Dr Youn always explains WHY - he goes through intermittent fasting in a way which anyone can understand.
I always complicated my life, I always thought massive changes would only work - I am still having to remind myself that small changes are where it all starts.

Glad to hear the doctor encouraging folks to wear sunscreen. I started wearing it daily when I joined the National Park Service in 1987. I think it’s been of great benefit. Didn’t wear makeup, but did wear Coty loose powder to set the sunscreen on my face.

Max @ 36 "Beauty is Subjective" and opening up the conversation regarding obesity and what is positive and what perhaps is not - I enjoyed this section because it's encouraging honesty.
I am body positive, in that, I am giving myself more compassion and respect. Whilst my body is changing and getting healthier, I am dressing it the best way I can. It doesn't mean I am settling it means I can use some great fashion labels to make myself look good whilst I am transitioning from old me... to renewed me.
