Rammstein always have awesome videos, but their live shows are even beyond these. Here are some suggestions: "Sonne" (Live Rock im Park / Rammstein Official) --> Hot as the name giving sun (Sonne = Sun) "Ich tu Dir weh" (Hurricane Festival / Rammstein Official) --> Great singing and insane stage action towards the end) "Mein Teil" (Live Hurricane Festival 2013) --> Read the story behind the song (a real case of cannibalism!) first. "Willst Du das Bett in Flammen Sehn" (Paris Version) --> Pyro Fashion, power, everything that Rammstein stands for ---> "Benzin" (Madison Square Garden) --> Benzin = Gasoline --> burns well. And maybe also a man? A "fan" getting on stage? There are of course a lot more insane live videos of them: "Links 2,3,4", Engel, "Mann gegen Mann", "Mutter", "Feuer Frei", "Ich will", ... Have fun and rock on! Paris is more a concert movie with post production (lightnings, slow motions) and released as Directors Cut“.
Hollywood got it really good with the pronunciation. "Feuer Frei" is the "Fire" command in the German military. It literally means "fire free" or "fire freely", but the closest equivalent in English would be "fire at will" or "open fire". The Shows are always great. In every song something burns. Sometimes the microphones, sometimes the keyboard, sometimes Till the singer himself. They also have flamethrowers and other cool stuff. Try out the Song Rammstein! This is a really great one!
Yeah. I still remember "Feuer Frei" at the 2007 Aerodrome Festival. Because of winds they put the loudspeakers on fire and someone from the stage crew climbed up with a fire extinguisher and literally had to fight the flames during their performance. That was crazy to watch!
Till is so talanted omg, his art ,his music, his poetry are amazing! 18 years later my daughter learning German and planning a trip to Germany. I'm one proud mama!👍❤
You guys should do “Mein teil” from the Hurricane Festival 2013. It’s live, which is always a plus with Rammstein, and the inspiration for this song will knock your socks off.
I have no idea which one, but they set the keyboardist on fire at one of their love shows. This is after he's driven around the stage on a Segway with a flame thrower on it all while still playing the keyboard.
if you get tickets to get to Front row, you get a wristband, with the text "I survived first Row with Rammstein", unfortunely I haven't gotten one, eventhough but one of my Friends have. I've seen them 3 times, two times outdoors & one time indoor, and yes its getting hot, I cannot imagine how the Band members are having. I know Till is a licensed Pyrotechnician (I think the other bandmembers are aswell but not 100 % certain). Besides what some of the others are sugggesting, You need to watch Rammstein - Du Hast live from Paris Rammstein - Engel live from Madision Square Garden.
Till has a full licence, the other band members merely have training. So from a legal perspective, since Till has a licence, he acts as an "instructor" for the other band members, therefore a full blown licence for all of them would be superfluous. They still have the same degree of training, though.
I have been stood in front standing stalls at a Rammstein show...and felt like my face was melting. That was HOT. 10/10 show because of course it was...twas Rammstein. Lol
If you think for a second that there is a second of a Rammstein show that is not rehearse over and over then you dont understand Rammstein. Nothing is left to chance in their shows. German qualility!
the lead singer is a certified pyrotechnician....every friggin performance is different and more incredible than the last! id love to see them live, but i think id be leaving the show minus my eyebrows. duHast live is the most epic show....incredible visuals like no other!
they bring in their own stage for every performance. and the title of this song is the german command to fire at will. it was first introduced in the movie triple X.
I had absolute chills and goosebumps when I watched it (especially as someone who's got distant family that died in Auschwitz). Got tickets to see them next year in the Feur Zone. Best 600 dollars I ever spent.
I saw Rammstein live in 2012 @ Denver Coliseum. The Pyrotechnics were so hot my daughter had a mixture she still had her eyebrows. She went to the bathroom right before they were playing Feuer Frei (Fire Freely). When she came back, turning the corner to get back up. The cannons went off! BANG! BANG! She dropped to the ground like she was just shot. And yes! Rammstein is fucking awesome live!

After reading seeing the title and being a huge Rammstein fan I knew you guys weren't going to be disappointed especially anytime the stage lights dim during their live performances 😉👍👍
I've been to one of ther live shows in São Paulo 2010. I was like 30ft off the stage, and I STILL FELT THE HEAT from the fires.... They make insane shows, and no video translates the feeling of being there. You should as well watch their original official videos, they are pieces of art... Personally I would stick to Rosenrot, Deutschland, Mein Teil, Benzin, and Links 2-3-4. Go for the lyrics, as well.... They are not shallow at all.
So glad you responded to live version instead of xXx movie version. Rammstein official videos are like little movies & great to watch but live is so energetic. The audience is part of the show.
There is another version from an ealier tour where they played this confrontation between the two different. Till managed to grab the keyboardish by the neck and punt his head into the keyboard so "hard" that the keyboardist found himself on the floor afterwards.
I've been lucky enough to see Rammstein live twice (front row both times!) and to this day they remain the best live shows I've ever seen. If you ever get the chance, definitely go, they're amazing. As for the mic stand, Till does that every show. At the first one I went to, I was worried because he didn't stop until his forehead was bleeding, then I learned that was intentional. He must bleed at least once every show 😂
Fire Frie by Rammstein was in the beginning of the original "XXX" with Vin Deisel. One of my buddies got the opportunity to see Rammstein live while visiting his cousin many years ago in Germany (when "Rosenrot" was new on the market) and he told me that there were so many pyrotechnics going off that you could have a weenie roast in there. He also got to meet the band and got them to sign his vinyl copy of "Live Aus Berlin" which he got framed (lucky bastard, lol).
Yoo great reaction! This was really entertaining and fun to watch. Flake, the keyboardist, always gets rekt in one way or another by the singer (Till) - shot at with giant flamethrowers, doused in fireworks, dragged around on a leash and worse. All in good fun of course ;) Some other absolutely bomb live performances by Rammstein would be 'Mein Teil' live from Hurricane Festival 2013 - this song has a pretty interesting real life inspiration as well. Another is 'Ich Tu Dir Weh' live from Madison Square Garden which is also super high energy and really show's off Till's vocal range. Love this video!
great reaction you guys xD my personal favorites are the live shows from "Sonne" and "Ich will" at "Rock am Ring" in Germany. The crowd and the music are giving me chills, definitely videos u have to check out :)

Masters of live shows! You gotta check out more live stuff from them. "Mein Teil" live or "Ich Tur De Weh" live in Paris are amazing pyro performances.
'Engel' at madison square garden is a legendary performance, Till has these huge metal wings that spit fire and small explosions. it's not my fav song but it's sure something to see.
this rammstein song is very popular because of the xXx 1st movie with Vin Diesel. The official clip is about the movie. I think it's that song which make Rammstein so famous in the world.
Their whole live performance is like that, each member has essentially a role. The keyboardist is the one who gets picked on and bullied and attacked whereas the singer is the ringleader and bully, and the guitar players are kind of like his henchmen
You might have seen this song in the movie "Triple xXx" with Vin Diesel. They were a lot younger back then. And yes, Till is ripped. He once was a member of the East German olympic swimmers team. He still is ripped at more than 50 years old.
The band got their name from the city of a horrific air show crash, killing many people. The lead guitarist also escaped east germany to form a punk band prior to rammstein
Like other people have said before, the "fight" between Til, the singer and "Flake" the keyboardist is part of the show, they do it every time and during several different songs, so no there is no beef between them
I really like your reaction videos. Perfect opportunity to relax after work. If you got time I would love to see you react to Eluveitie - Rebirth. Eluveitie is a Folk-Metal band from Switzerland and they accompanied my music taste since I was a little kid and got into Metal around 13 years ago. Greetings from Germany and stay awesome. :)

Til and Flake have pretty regular on stage hostility with each other. I personally have always wondered how much of it is actually personal, and how much of it is for the show, because it happens all the time.
It's pronounced like "foih-yah fruh-eye", with a light pharyngal fricative on the first word (tongue tip is down and almost a bit bunched up while forcing air from the back of the throat, but in a softer manner), and a light 'roll'/'trill' on the "R" of the second word that flows on into the "-eye...". Native speakers tend to pronounce it with a bit more of what's referred to as a "guttural throat r", which is a common characteristic attributed to French and German accents. Being a non-native speaker and otherwise uninitiated into the language in general - as well as American - this would be fairly difficult for you to replicate. That said, the closest approximate voicing would be this slightly forced rolled/trilled "R" I mentioned. Trust me, only the most attuned ear trained in the study of linguistics would recognize the difference. Just put it together and say it all at once in your regular vocal cadence and you'll be damn close. I mean y'all are rappers afterall, so I imagine that one or both of you would be at least *relatively* adept at beatboxing, no? If so, that would make you quite skilled at producing various syllables and sounds that the average individual would struggle with; so I imagine that tackling some pronunciation challenges would come fairly easily to you. Idk, just something I thought about while writing this comment. In any case, not that you give a damn about any of this lol. It's 6:30 in the morning and I'm bored, so I have time to write out pointless, frivolous shit like this haha.
There is no beef with keyboardist, it's part of the show.
I've seen 2 reviews where they didn't understand it was apart of the act. Kinda weird, it seemed obvious to me.

Not really a fight. It's one of many "confrontations" that occurs between the keyboardist and the lead singer. It's part of the performance.
