His sister is younger than him so what i think is that he has the mind of a child...i think she's rather young but still legal..like 19 or 20 and he's like 21 or 22 but mentally he is probably 10 to 12. My native language is german, and I feel like the sister is not in particular a member of the family. Here, it can also mean that she is a psychiatric nurse, because "sister" in german can also be located in this health area. So she tries to care for the patient (with medication, which he needs), the voice in the song, who wants to destroy the doll. And it may be set in a psychiatry. My native language is german, and I feel like the sister is not in particular a member of the family. Here, it can also mean that she is a psychiatric nurse, because "sister" in german can also be located in this health area. So she tries to care for the patient (with medication, which he needs), the voice in the song, who wants to destroy the doll. And it may be set in a psychiatry. So it doesn't surprise me, that this interpretation could be true, because we all know, that Rammstein do mostly scary stuff.
