Thanks ; i'm going to the blog to see if i can figure out how to do this w/o changing colors ; because the edges are confusing me. TERRIFIC idea for either a small wash cloth or a blankie big enough to cover the lower 40 acres.
I love your tutorials. You make it so easy. I never knew granny squares were so simple. They look so complicated. Thank you for breaking it down into steps I can follow.
I know I'm a little late on this, but I think I'm going to give this a try. My granny square making skills have improved, and you made this look so easy. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us. God bless!
Glad I found your video. I love finding new things to crochet. Can't wait to see your other ones. Thanks for making the pattern simple and easy to understand.
Very lovely, I never really cared for granny squares. But,,,, your tutorial made a difference in my life. Now I cant wait to try this, I have containers full of yarns I could use. Thank you so much, and God Bless.
I've done many granny square blankets in my life. I will be doing this the next time I make one! Love it!!! Love the colors you chose to do the sample! Thank you for your demonstration!
A great refresher on a mitred/mitered granny square! And I loved the nod to the fact that one can change settings to slow down the video. Thank you for sharing!
This tutorial couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. I’ve recently bought some pastel yarn and I have been toying with different blanket patterns but couldn’t find what I was looking for. This will be perfect for the colours of yarn I’ve bought. Super excited to get cracking with it. Your tutorials are ever so easy to follow you’re definitely my number one when it comes to inspiration and tutorials. Xx
What a lovely comment! If you are wanting to make one giant one like in the intro, I started with a 10 round granny (instead of 2 rounds) but you can upscale that to however big you want OR loads of small pastel ones would look LUSH too 😍
Hooked by Robin I couldn’t wait so I’ve made a start already. I will post it on my IG (@Mrs_macsparkles) and tag you in it so you can see when it’s done. Thank you again for your amazing tutorials. Xx

Excellent tutorial! I started making granny squares for the 1st time only a few months ago. It is a creative stitch, very interesting patterns but....this is my new favorite. I really dislike joining every granny squares and it can ruin the look of the attachment of the squares. But I’m starting this project today, a full, multi color changing granny square blanket! Very excited and motivated by your video. Thank you for the content you create.
Thanks for sharing the Mitred Granny Square with us Robin, love the colours you have chosen, I need to make one of these ready for our winter in Australia I will be using this pattern here, take care and keep well.
