I am so excited to try this, and the way that you demonstrate makes it seem so easy for me to follow along. I have been studying this entire video a few times the last few days until my yarn delivery arrives, and you've given me a bit of confidence that I have absolutely NOT earned 😂😂😂 Thank you so much for this tutorial!!!
I'm sooooooo happy to read your lovely comment, thank you so much! 🙏 ❤️ 🥰 Don't worry, just follow the tutorial step by step, without rushing and I'm sure you'll do it with ease. 😊 Enjoy your new yarn. 😍
@@devonkeene1272 it’s a lot easier to watch than listen, especially as a beginner cos you have no idea wtf they’re talking about anyway 😂 I started crocheting in May this year and find these kinda videos a lot easier.
For everyone that finds the music gets a bit too much, just Mute. And replay- replay to understand the lesson. Great Teacher and Photography excellent. Thank you.
Doing it in one color can give it a more uniform look, but you might miss out on the effect that color changes can bring. Give it a try and see which effect you prefer. 😊
Sew the granny squares together until you reach your desired size. For color choices, consider warm tones like reds and oranges, or cool shades like blues and greens, but it's always up to personal your taste. 😊
The only thing I am having a hard is while looping the yarn n having my pointed finger on top of the yarn to secure. I watched you over n over n I tried it over n over, no luck 😬. Good thing I have patience but it’s running out… I need rest 😁
I kept wondering why one of my corners seemed off and now after making this 3 times I figured it out. 12:24 you only show 2 DC for the first half of the first corner. Shouldn’t it be 3 DC for the first half?
Oh now I see and understand that the chain is the third stitch. Thank you so much! This video has been so helpful, I’m already on my 4th granny square thanks to you!
Hi, for this small granny square, I don't know exactly how much yarn I used, but it was very little. The amount of yarn you'll need depends on the project you're planning to make and its size.
The stitches you see written on the screen in my tutorials are explained through my work, because I'm doing it right as you're reading them! As I'm crocheting, you see written the stitch I'm doing, and vice versa, the stitch you see me making is the one labeled at the top. And this tutorial is for beginners! I use simple stitches for this granny square, and the video is edited in a straightforward manner, explaining every detail clearly. Even beginners can follow along easily.
@@massivecrochetyou could have told her what it was not everyone can see what ur doing. And maybe quit doing music and actually talk, this is not a beginner tutorial. SORRY
Thanks a lot! 🥰 🙏 ❤️ Do you mean you want a smaller version of the granny square? This pattern is designed to be as it is, so making it smaller would mean skipping rounds, which would change the overall look. However, you could try using a thinner yarn with a smaller hook to achieve a smaller square while keeping the pattern intact.
Thanks for the suggestion. In some videos I do show the beginning of my projects, but I don't always find it necessary as the thumbnail gives a clear representation of the finished product. 😊

Can i extend the granny square from the sides?
Sure, you can add 3dc groups between each group, and another increase in the corner.
Can please tell me how many puff sticth in row 2 and 3?
Hello, what is the size (cm) of the square please ? I want to make a baby blanket but I need like ~ 10 cm square not bigger
How much of these would I need to make a medium cardigan please
You'd need around 27 for body and 8 for sleeves, give or take, depending on your design and fit preference.
@massivecrochet thank you so much sweetheart 💗
