Winter Soldier is the best and my absolute favorite in the entire Marvel Comic Universe! I remember going to see it several times at the movie theater because it was just that dope. 😁
I forgot just how good this movie was. I'm a broken record, but I love how invested they are in the MCU! They're going to love the guardians of the galaxy!
The man kicking who gave Captain America some extra trouble is a regular comic book villain of his named "Batroc The Leaper", a mercenary and assassin who uses the French combat style called savate'. It is a real form of fighting using combinition of ballet dance and kicking. In the comic books, he also uses special foot gear to attack like ballet shoes with razor sharp blades, or his trademark boots that allow him to leap into the air much higher and further than normal people.

IMO this is the BEST of the MCU. Absolute top drawer film that acknowledges comic lore but crafts its own story. And it's a great story!

The world-building has a lot of issues, but it's personally one of my favorites. Love everything about the tone and pacing of it
@samwallaceart288 I think the pacing was awful in this film. It's grown on me over time, but the idea that people were whispering Heil Hydra for 80 years is just preposterous, and then for Zola to reveal the big twist in 3 minutes of exposition, it was very poorly done. The only thing amazing about this film is the fight choreography. The writers and directors did a much, much better job with Civil War onwards.

As far as I see it, this movie borrows a lot from modern spy movies. Since they obviously enjoyed it, this could be another genre they could be introduced to, for example the Mission:Impossible movies, the Bourne movies (which I admittedly haven't seen), or some newer James Bonds. But a reaction I would particularly love to see from them is _Kingsmen_ :D
Funny I was thinking older movies, like Harrison Ford in _Clear and Present Danger_ about a CIA consultant uncovering a cartel conspiracy connected to the White House, or Clint Eastwood in _In the Line of Fire_ about the secret service hunting a would-be assassin.

One of the best MCU movies. The Hydra twist blew me away. I loved the Agents of Hydra arc on Agents of SHIELD too.
This was Marvel's take on an action/spy thriller, and it was very good for the genre.

I have noticed a problem with the movie versions you are showing them:
The mid-credit scenes, literally the most important plot points regarding the position of the Infinity Stones, are missing. Please fix this issue, as mid-credit scenes are as important as pos-credits.

An older movie very similar to this is _In The Line of Fire_ with Count Eastwood and John Malkovich; about a secret service agent hunting an assassin out to kill the president. I feel like it would be right up Babu's alley.

I think the Indiana Jones trilogy would be a good watch for them. After all Temple of Doom is set in India. Would be nice for them to see a Hollywood film that's in their own country.
But it doesnt depict India very well, does it.. very stereotypical. They might even find it insulting to their culture.

So happy they got to this film. A pity they do not recognize the name, Stephan Strange as of yet. When the ships were tallying up the targets before becoming just three by aiming at themselves 54:56, it is a pity that the two of them could not see that some of the targets were individuals like Strange, Tony Stark ect. You have to pause each shot to clearly see whom is being targeted.
It’s hard to find content better than Babu watching the MCU.
They should also do the X men movie with the Wolverine stand alone movies all in order. As well as Blade and Ghostrider. Because they will all eventually fall in line with these movies. Spiderman movies too. All of them. Includding tobby macquire and anrew garfield spidermans. That way it makes sense to them when they get further into the marvel movieverse
They should start with the Tobby Acquire Spider-Man.

Actually, lots of counties have problems with cops taking things too far and people who learned to hate "the others" either joining the police or being allowed into their country's military. America is no exception to that problem. The example in this movie is a bit of an overdramatizatuon, but not inaccurate.

Amazing that after Endgame, the MCU would only have one Spider Man movie and one Guardians movie and then just end on top. Would have been interesting to see how it would have gone if they made more, but maybe it was for the best.
