Before I used automation I had 150 items and I manually shared every 2 hours that I was awake. Automation doubled my sales in 2 weeks. So that tells me it’s not enough to just share to followers because my automation also follows people and shares to parties. I really believe it’s how much activity in all aspects that triggers the algorithm in your favor. Thanks! As always you have the best info🌷💓
Great points! You never know how people will find you and what the actual algorithm favors but the basics of what we do know is kind of what I stick to and the rest after that is bonus in my mind… Thank you so much I appreciate it💕
Okay I have a small closet and started doing the sharing of my items every hour from 7 am to 9 pm and it has worked for me so thanks so much!!! Great video!!!

When did they raise the limit? It was always 4,000. Even the automated share apps would warn against sharing more than that because you'd get flagged for spamming.

Thank you!! New reseller here and I love posherva! I watched the activity on my poshmark and scheduled my shares during those times which is about every 3 hours making sure I don't cross the limit. I make at least a sale everyday if not more!

@@danasandberg6619 yes :) and what is great about that is they start sharing as well!! I also have it set up on posherVA to share other closet items that share mine! It's an automatic service! I really believe all that activity helps the algorithms!

Thanks are usually batch my Contin so it probably won’t be for a little while but definitely stay tuned. I’m going to probably do 2 to 3 videos in a series so they’re not too long about everything I think about the process… It is allowed you do need to get permission from Poshmark to have to closets, but the logistics of working two are definitely something to think through.💕

Poshmark has a tool for free but I don’t like so I use Posherva and it’s awesome my resource guide has a discount for you💕

I got one closet of 7000 active and one has like 3000 active. Sharing matter till a certain extend.once u have so many active the traffic simply just comes.

Thanks for the great info Rebecca…..I opened a second closet for decor/home/kitchen/hardgoods with permission for the same reason and because I didn’t like the yard sale aesthetic of the clothing and hard goods being together 😋…….. it’s also my understanding that if you don’t relist your items after they are 60 days old, sharing them will not push them to the top of the search - do you know if that is accurate?
I have not heard that… I’ll have to test it out but I don’t believe that is necessarily true. 👍🏼
Poshmark is SHARE JAILING A LOT lately!! Please look into this & do a video! I've had the same settings for a long time & the past few weeks it's done this. I am wondering if it's punishing folks using "bots" or folks who used promoted closet like I did and then stopped because they got more money than I made in sales!!!ARGH! Posh is def' up to something and that is a bummer :( time to start moving over to ebay again.
Thanks for letting me know! I use posher VA up to 9000 shares a day and have not noticed any shared jail. I haven’t heard of anything out of the ordinary either. I have stopped and started and promoted closet and haven’t noticed anything either.
Great info! I have to hold on the VA; one month, 3 items sold, barely made the money to pay for the va. 😂. 3 listings daily, follows, shares, self shares, nothing. Thinking I may have started this endeavor too late.
You definitely didn’t start too late there is plenty money to be made… There are lots of things that affect your sales, including your photos, the items that you were offering, your pricing, if you’re doing offers or other selling strategies, how much you’re selling, how many listings you have, so so so many things… I have lots of free posts and videos available to help you and I’m also always available for one on one coaching💕

My sharing app support told me 8 months ago the daily limit for poshmark is 6,000 per day. Did the limit change recently? Thank you & enjoyed your video!!

Hi Rebecca, so I'm literally brand new as of yesterday, can you tell me when you say share that means when I list something right, and then I just figured out how to share my entire closet just now, so you recommend doing that to you're followers 3 times a day? Sorry just trying to figure everything out
I'm not Rebecca but saw your question. Yes, share share share. I don't use any automation yet but I also follow and share other people's things,, maybe 4 per closet. People respond and share my stuff. Just FYI, I started this earlier this year and it took me about 5-6 months to sell $600, at which point Poshmark asked for me SS number because this is when they start withholding state tax. If you spend quite a bit of time working PM you'll keep finding new things to do!! Good luck!

When you make a new item available on Poshmark that’s called listing and then sharing is when you click the square arrows button and that basically bumps it to the top of searches or refreshes it… it’s important to make sales on Poshmark and should be done as many times as you can. It’s too much to do on your own once you get a bunch of items so I recommend an automation service to do it for you 💕
When you share manually or through a share bot, does it automatically also share SOLD items? Shouldn't those not be shared?
No sold items not shared by Bot unless it has a setting to do that. If you manually do it then just don't share sold items.
Great video! What are your thoughts on overnight sharing?
I think prioritizing peak times is the most important then I think making sure you have your whole closet shared at least once every four hours would be next important, then, if you have leftover shares based on the size of your closet, I think one or two overnight shares is totally fine but I think prioritizing peek and frequency is more important than overnight💕
I’m always amazed how many people share back when I share in the middle of the night.
What sharing speed to you use? It takes over an hour to share my closet of around 1300 items on medium speed.
For that reason I’m usually in fast💕
What about sharing items in other people’s closet? On posher VA it’s under activity returner. I assume that counts towards share total per day. I use it. Should I?
So I never really thought about it but just checked and it looks like the community shares and self shares count so I’m going to turn off community shares and keep checking my numbers…thank you for bringing it up💕
Thank you doesn’t it hurt us to turn them off though? Especially if we’re a bit of a newer shop I’ve only been doing Poshmark for nine months.
does Posher VA still helps now that Poshmark have promoted closets? I would assume it's better than nothing but I'm just not sure how much it helps.
Of course it helps… still need to share items to get to top of search, not everyone even has it available to them or will use it …. It’s only beta💕

You can only share 3 full times and then partially a 4th time. You may want to do 2 closets or start selling off inventory to bring your inventory down💕
Thanks so much, Rebecca! When you use automation, are you able to control how your closet is organized when it is actually shared? I have a tendency to organize my closet by category, then by style or color and I also place listings side by side that look good to the eye together or coordinate. Do you manually organize your closet? Curious if there is an easier way for me to organize my closet and what you recommend?
Yes you can tell it to share in reverse order on PosherVA. So it will keep the organization as long as nothing interrupts. I do not manually organize my closet anymore. To my knowledge there is not an easier way. However, I don't think this is a good use of your time. Many people do not scroll through closets or even notice this thing you are doing that takes so much time and effort. I think you could not do this and see no effect on your business. If you do it because you like to that's fine but just know its not time effective and doesn't help with sales in the long run. This is my opinion. I would love to see you doing more important things for your business.💕

Yes its still a thing - I use it everyday, I'm not sure what you mean in my apps though...I use it on the computer

Thank you for this! I just increased to sharing 11 times/day for my 765 items. I had it at 8 times per day so we will see if I see more sales. Question- do you think it is worth it to follow other closets? I don't have that set up in PosherVA.

As someone with a smaller closet should I sharing around the clock are just keep my sharing between 7am and 12am for example? Or should I share overnight as well since I have so many shares available across so few items?
If using PosherVA then it doesn’t hurt to schedule as many times as you can including overnight if you have the shares if you are doing it then no skip overnight and get some rest 💕

We have had 2 closets for a while. We both had our own flyp accounts, running on 2 separate laptops 24/7 but now they are charging 2x a month. On poshva do you need to pay for the app twice & I assume you still need 2 separate devices?
Nope you don't. I ran PosherVA on 2 different browsers on one device and it worked well. I don't think they will allow this forever, but for now, just one PVA account and 1 device works.
So we shouldn’t community share ? I though that was beneficial to get others to share your items to their followers as well
Nope, that's what they tell you but its a giant waste of time. If you have a bot do it then that's fine but if you do it your self its not going to get you sales. If you want to get you ambassador status do it for that then stop.

@RebeccaTheReseller I try to share with my followers. But when they share - I'm trying to figure out how to "thank" them but poshmark sends me to their closet but not the actual item. I'm learning thru trial and error.

I’m not sure where the 6000 number comes from… Everything I’ve been seeing has been 9000 or 10,000… I share at 9000 and haven’t had any problems💕

@@RebeccaTheReseller I do that on eBay where ASP is higher and fees are lower and their are millions more buyers. I only keep a posh closet in the event something happens to my eBay account. I just think Posh makes people waste their valuable time. I would rather send offers on eBay and not have to discount shipping which btw does not have to be expensive priority mail. I think Posh needs to modify their policies if they ever hope to be profitable. Just my opinion of course and I do appreciate your desire to help posh sellers

Can you explain - when you SHARE are you sharing with your FOLLOWERS ONLY or people other than the followers?
Can you explain -- if you have FOLLOWERS don't they get an alert notice when you list a new item?
Followers don’t really matter that much, very people look at their feed so sharing to followers is what you do but it’s really more for the bump in search results💕
So sharing isn’t for followers to see your items ? What is the point and how do you get sales if sharing with followers dsnt matter ? Not sure what you mean sharing just to show up on search results. Can you explain.
