I have to tell you, I’ve watched your videos off and on for two years. Not being strong in the Poshmark arena, I’ve found your videos so very valuable! This one really hit home, and has encouraged me to learn more about Closet Clean Out… or is it Clear Out 🌻🌻 My goal is $1,000-$1500 a month, and I’m confident this IS possible… I just have to keep learning. Today, I’m going to learn from you all about Poshmark! Thank you, thank you for the encouragement and new knowledge. BTW, I’d LOVE to see how you store your shoes!
Im so glad to see you creating content again! Congrats on your baby! Thank you for creating helpful content. I am not on poshmark yet but plan to do so in the near future and this is very helpful!
tell me you're going to vote for Trump without telling me you're going to vote for Trump. It's too bad the economy we are seeing now is a direct result of TRUMP's policies while he was actually in office. Oh well. I guess I'll see you here again in 7 years, unless it's all WORSE.
Yet another great video from you. I have learned so much from watching them. Thank you so much for sharing all this great info. Enjoy this beautiful time with your baby!
I don't sell on Poshmark, BUT I have purchased plenty there! lol My sense is that Closet Clear out isn't effective is because it's TOO FREQUENT! As a buyer I didn't even know that it was twice PER WEEK. Basically if a sale is that frequent, no one will buy outside of that time. Also, 10% discount on a sale is not even worth noticing, as a buyer in my opinion. Regular retail STARTS at 20% off and typically offers 40-50% still during the current season. So the discount is also too low. On Ebay, when I send offers it is ALWAYS 15% or more. But at this point, I have over 500 listings on ebay, mostly clothes, and I really want SALES to increase. I have very nice items, photos and complete listings. I do not promote however. I will keep watching your content to see what else I can learn. I was getting frustrated with shoes then I sold a pair for over $65 that I paid $2 for yesterday!!
Great video, and timely too, because I was just thinking about eliminating low impact activities myself. I appreciate you sharing your list and your thought process!
Sandra, I am super grateful for all this information, thank you! I am a newbie and I spend a lot of hours looking for the perfect information to list my items. then to list 3 or 5 a day 😩
As a buyer on Poshmark, I don't care about backgrounds. I just want clear photos, including closeups from different angles. Also, many measurements taken of the item lying flat, since different brands fit differently for the same size. Even within the same brand, if an item is much older, the same size fits differently due to the advent of vanity sizing. My main complaint is sellers who haven't been active for a year or more but still have listings show up in searches. Poshmark should hide the accounts.
Thanks for sharing! I am also very annoyed with super old listings showing up on Poshmark. Depop hides your listings if you're not active. Poshmark should do the same.
Thank you so much! I also have a brand new baby of 6 months so this was so helpful on hacking my productivity! I focus on men’s fashion especially dress shirts. My biggest takeaway is eliminating Photoroom from my process!
This baby made me reevaluate everything to make things run more efficiently. Glad this was helpful. Men's dress shirts- that seems like a great category to focus on.
I have never found the garment based on the Style #, which in most cases is not on the tag. I just do an Image search. The only style names I find are in the Banana Republic-J.Crew-Ann Taylor garments. None of the other companies have style names.
Great advice, its all about the numbers, thank you for sharing. I agree with you. New to all of this, someone asked me to send pictures to them directly (to their email) and I wonder if she is seriour. My pics presented the color just finel. Thank you for your help.
Hi Sandra, I only sell on mercari, but I am getting ready to list on Poshmark. My sales on Mercari are really bad. Thank you so much for the great info. I spend way to much time getting information on each item. I will definitely use all your suggestions. Many blessings for you and your families 😊
Hi.. great video! Thank you for sharing. I love selling shoes as well however to storage them tend to be complicated when you decide to do volume. How do you manage that? What type of inventory system do you use? Thank you again!😊
I put them in polybags. I use letters (A for long boots, B for short boots, D for all other shoes). I use numbers to keep them in order (example A001, A002, A003 etc.). I store them in boxes upright. I need to do an updated inventory video. For now you can get the gist of my sku # system in this video: ua-cam.com/video/rDniGjXHaks/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared&t=1197
Thank you so much. Yes a video will be very appreciated. I used bins and it’s heavy, bulky a real struggle. So I slowed down on buying them and switching to clothing 😏 Thank you again have a blessed weekend!
I absolutely agree that selling one or less categories is Huge to save time and make money and you should definitely choose based on what you enjoy sources and researching, it’s great you sell shoes, my question is, since this video is about saving time, I love shoes but how much time and effort do you spend cleaning used shoes and second, how much wear and say, dirt on the bottoms of shoes do you find buyers are willing to still pay enough for you to make profit as used shoes is tricky because you can’t just throw leather boots into the wash like other used items, I’m curious because personally I don’t buy used shoes but many people do, do you find people are willing to spend more on higher end brand shoes with more wear? Do you focus on higher end brands? Do you only source very gently used shoes or do you choose based on style and brands which are popular, and do you take time to clean your shoes or sell mostly as you bought them? I know shoe niche sellers who have whole videos about how to make shoes look nearly new, based on this video, I’d guess you sell As Is, thanks!
it took me exactly 6 days of reselling to recognize im a shoe girl too lol they photograph and clean up so easily. theyre easy to source and identify. bing bang boom lol
I have the same printer and the same scale that you have. I started on posh selling a couple days ago. Does live enteractions give a better chance at selling?
I don't know for sure if doing lives would help you increase your Posh revenue. But I can say, I make a decent living on Poshmark and I've never done a live show.
When I barely started I made lots of bad buys. I deleted the items and took them to a consigment store. But now it's been years since I've deleted stuff from my closet. I just reduce the price to get them to sale.

It absolutely is possible Kathy. I'll definitely add that video to the list. Thanks for supporting and watching!

Thank you! Glad to hear this information is helpful. Best of luck to you with Poshmark!
Love your straight to the point videos.
Thank you!
The big elephant in the room is the economy has been TERRIBLE the last four years.

Well said- business strategy changes as life changes. Thank you!
Excellent video,as always!! Great to see you again! 🥰

Can you do a new photo process video? Would love to see how you use ring light.
Sure thing. I'll add that to the video list.

They are so annoying. I just block them.
@@SandraTheMomBoss I was wondering about that and if they’re truly legit or if they’re just fishing and want me to take the bait. Lol
This is a scam that happens on Poshmark. I got it too and every new seller receives these messages. Don't respond.
@@lisaraye4157 yes, it's a scam. Don't respond.
Thanks!😊
No problem 😊
Thank u 😊 I miss ur videos

I love my munbyn printer! I got mine refurbished & it’s been going strong for 2 years now! Mine isn’t Bluetooth though!

I am thinkin about dropping Mercari, the numbers are just not there for me. Did your numbers drop?
My sales were so low by the time I stopped listing new things there. So I didn't effect my overall sales
My Mercari sales are dead & have been for a while & I sell everything! 😂
Focusing on Just certain brands can bring customers back to you
Have you ever have to remove some of your items for sale because they are just not selling on Poshmark?
When I barely started I made lots of bad buys. I deleted the items and took them to a consigment store. But now it's been years since I've deleted stuff from my closet. I just reduce the price to get them to sale.
Thank you, kindly fir your response.
Hello anyone
Why does the Poshmark CAMERA no longer works?
My camera works. Try updating the app.
❤😊
I think Poshmark by doing the live shows has changed things and also they increase the fees which has been damaging.
I will focus on shoes! And alittle of brand names!
Sounds like a good plan!
