Shoulders and arm ? I can't raise my arm up without pain.. and feeling hip pain sometimes if I don't take my osteoarthritis pills. It's worth to mention it constraints movement of body and type of exercise should be followed as DRs suggest. It's so hard doing those exercise lifetime.. I had diagnosed with an MRI when I was 35. Those days I was not able to reach car belt while sitting in the car. In years it's getting severe and worsen. This disease is also from the genes. My father and uncle suffer the same. It inherits.

Great animation. But doesn’t really cover half of the agony that comes with slow body degradation and how that affects your life, limits your possibilities one by one, causes other health issues all over your body etc. I appreciate it is obviously ment to be educational and medically clear but positive at the same time. It’s simply not. You see how your body parts are canceling slowly, every day is different you cannot relax or plan anything because you don’t know where are your limits anymore, or will you stuck somewhere in pain or you will have a good day. Its never only osteoarthritis, it comes with constant pain and constant fallowing problems, like gastrointestinal, like heart problems, like circulatory inflammation and problems, like being open to all the infections.. you are always ill with something, every day, and you know it will only go worse from there, no matter what you do to slow it down. It would be only fait to position osteoarthritis where it belongs - in heavy invalidity problem from the beginning, and to work on public awareness of it so societies start to treat that properly - immediately to give people options to be free of jobs, time for physiotherapy, health insurance for that specific matter in the form of orthopedics, education (like this video), possibilities to work out properly in sports medical centers etc. And to invest in a better treatment options, like cartilage replacement. You want to be positive, and its ok, it helps, but it will certainly help more to stop pretending there is a proper way to slow it down or live with it - because there is simply NOT. This makes people with OA sweating to function normally in the societies and healthy people to treat OA people with expectations meant for healthy people. Who can go to work, damaging his painful places more and more, then go home and do family obligations, then go to the swimming pool or gym for the further therapy.. then socialize.. Lets keep it real and call on society to treat it as it should - case of emergency for medical solutions.

The Ayurvedic treatment from Planet Ayurveda helped me manage my osteoarthritis naturally. My joint pain has significantly reduced, and I’ve regained more flexibility in my knees.
