Thank you very much! Yes, Sithis still exists. Mephala in a way works for Sithis. Sithis wants souls in the Void and Mephala is coordinating that for him through the Dark Brotherhood.

In Morrowind, there is a statue of Mephala in Tong HQ under the Arena Canton to which the organization pledges allegiance.
