  • In today's episode, we will discuss negative thinking, how it assisted in our survival as a species and how you can work towards changing negative thinking into helpful thinking. You will also have the opportunity to experience a hypnosis session designed to assist you in developing more helpful thinking! This program is complementary to any other healing work that you are doing. It is not meant to treat or diagnose any emergency medical condition.     I really like the idea of the "map of reality" you mentioned. It’s soothing to know that those maps try to fulfill purposes for us, but that it is possible to change realities, thoughts, and fears through practice over time. ...     I love your hypnosis sessions ❤️
    I live with a chronic condition and I’m hoping this one will help me as I know that negative thoughts nlead me to just catastrophise and think the worst
    Which is not helping my healing process
    In fact it leads me to further down the rabbit hole 🙁
    I can and will heal....
    I just need to address and get to grips with this negativity when faced with daily and ongoing worsening of symptoms
    Any helpful tips at all ??? That I could take on board in my situation

    I seem to really zone out on this one and woke up as you were counting back up from 10 🤔
    I know it’s all gone in subliminally but strange that I was able to do that subconsciously anyway

      Hello Maxine, so glad you have been enjoying the programs. I have another program called thought stopping that is available on my UA-cam channel. It also helps in addressing negative thinking and to prevent catastrophising. This week there is also a program that is launching called vagal nurturing which is a somatic approach to calming the body. This approach is more of a body oriented approach but it can be beneficial when coupled with the hypnosis approaches to changing thinking. It will launch on Thursday! Take care and be well!
