    I have the rogue. Real solid... I added fat pad and the bench is now 20 inches high. A regular bench press height is normally 17.5. Now I gotta get another bench for pressing!

    As always, appreciate the honest reviews (unlike some others).

    I just got the Rogue flat bench and notice there are only 2 Bolts and 4 screw holes, which was confusing. I noticed the same with your bench, anyone know why this is like this?

    Power block portable flat bench with folding legs. Excellent for a low bench!

      IMO - It's a fine option for PowerBlock usage, but I wouldn't try my luck with a PowerBlock bench for any kind of heavy bench press work. I never felt secure enough on it for anything other than dumbbell work.

    How is the grip on the rogue bench? I'm worried about sliding from leg drive.

    Good stuff. Can you do a comparison video on plyo boxes?

    is the Rep bench pad dense enough for box jumps? I'm planning to attach a pad to a diy seal row bench, but don't want to roll any ankles if its too soft.

    How far apart are the holes for the bolts on the rogue frame? Center to center

    Which bench do you recommend: REP FB-5000 Comp Flat Bench or REP FB-3000 Flat Bench? I want to purchase one of these or GRIFFIN COMPETITION FLAT BENCH.

    What about the Eleiko flat bench [XF 80]? That Rogue's is basically a carbon copy of the Eleiko flat bench. Then, what about Legend Fitness? Or Power Lift even?

    230$ for that basic bench is crazy to me! I paid 239$ including shipping for my AB-5000 flat bench with the wide pad! 🤯🤯🤯 three days ago!

    Amazon basic bench is $50 to your door though

    • @Tomsfoolery
      @Tomsfoolery 3 роки тому

      It all depends on needs. A $50 Amazon bench may work fine for some, but it won't have the same build quality others would need from a bench. Weight limits, weld quality/strength, levelness are some key factors I would consider. That's why AMRAP is reviewing these two benches in particular. They're two of the leading manufacturers in higher quality benches.
