Hitchcock created masterpieces! These movies way before my time! I love ALL his thrillers, VERTIGO, The Birds, which I recently watched on UA-cam for free! I guess viewership got to be very expensive! Too bad! I wouldn't mind renting them and sharing with this great community, but I do not have a UA-cam channel and don't want one either! ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Just think. If we had had air conditioning back then, this story could never happen because everyone would have had their windows shut and curtains drawn. Nobody would be sleeping on the fire escape either. The story takes place during a heat wave. I also dearly love the original movie called simply "The Window". In that movie, it's a little boy trying to sleep on a fire escape during a heat wave, who witnesses a murder.

The Window starred Bobby Driscoll, he got a Juvenile Oscar for his role.
Back when they made good movies unlike today's junk. Hitchcock made some of the best films ever.....
