V8 swapping a Jeep TJ With a 5.2 TOO an AW4!!!

I messed up and priced the engine out of my wife's TJ I gave her for Valentines Day, Which lead me doing a custom swap I have been dreaming on for years. First ever shop video so def not the best but I have to start somewhere. Thanks for the support. Always welcome to advice or ideas.

My zj has the 5.2 v8 .has all the power you need but I have broken 2 cv axles in the back yard test her out .

Will a harness from a 98 zj with the 4.0 directly fit into a 97 zj with the 5.2? I bought a wrecked zj and it has a very very clean 4.0 with Trans and everything. I know the Trans is different but would it be a straight forward swap? Thanks in advance because there are NO videos on this information
