Do you still have the 26L? If so, are you interested in selling?

Ah, the Vietnam bag comment. Of course every American has think everything made in USA is better when it comes to soft goods def not. The whole Vietnam mesh was a batch that just so happens to have a mesh that was different provided by “GoRucks” supplier not the country of origin. Had that same mesh was sourced in the states I doubt we would have brought it up. Just tired of country always gotta make it a contest of who’s better. Jesus it’s a bag..

I appreciate the response and it’s still very good quality it’s just the usa made bags seem to have a thicker mesh.

@@rubbercityrucker thicker mesh for some batch and thinner for others. Same supplier assembled in different countries. You could argue the cordura in the current US made bags are inferior as many have stated in Reddit and various Facebook groups.
I find it interesting that whenever products are not made in favor of the buyer and it’s overseas folks are quick to point out bad quality because it came from Vietnam. But when it’s poor quality as many have been recently from the US there’s so many justifications for it. Bags are made by human regardless of where. As we all have 2 arms and eyes to make them. Blame the supplier or GoRuck for sourcing poor materials.
If you want to argue about supporting American business that’s a different narrative.

I don't mean to argue and you have valid points .. I'm in manufacturing (American living in Asia for 20 years) and I can tell you that there is a huge difference with US based manufacturing and VN/CN. QC. GR mesh suppliers are VN based as they source locally. Much of it comes from China as VN oes not manufacture fabrics as much. Most of the manuf facilities are bankrolled by the Chinese to avoid US import quotas..its the same with Bangladesh. The other problem is people knocking off your product and this has already happened with GR if you are familiar with what Chuyen Tactical did. This dude brags that he ran the GR production line and knows exactly how to knock off their gear. Yeah US manufacuring can also be bad but overall you have more control and better quality if you have a solid QC team. As a matter of personal preference, I would opt for the US made gear even if its a bit more expensive + I would be supporting US workers.

@@comradecrunch2555 product knock offs is a different discussion and to be fair the Chuyen Tactical is different enough in my opinion to be it’s own brand. I mean GoRucks design isn’t ground breaking as it stole ideas from bags that came before it generations ago used by military all over the world. It’s a simple clamshell with molly.
Also, I too am in soft goods manufacturing and I’m questioning some of your points. A lot of the source materials are provided from the choices a brand/company decides on. So for this instance GoRuck chooses the mesh. They can pay a premium or one of lesser quality also depending on availability. Sometimes materials that you may favor just isn’t available but that goes both ways here in the states and in overseas. Often times they will choose materials of lessor qualities to save as GoRuck seems to have been doing lately.
