  • The plaintiff rented space for church services from the defendant. She claims the defendant shut off the electricity and made the plaintiff unable to hold services in the defendant’s property. She’s suing for breach of contract and mental aggravation. The defendant argues the plaintiff never paid her the full amount, so she’s countersuing for unpaid rent and mental aggravation.

I don't get it either...I'm neurodivergant and don't understand why there would be a difference or "special training".
      Or maybe I do, because...There isn't one.
Special needs or not, you'd do what you would for someone who isn't. Speak sensatively, refrain from using unsafe and vulgar language, and just ask for blessings/good health (and/or life)/whatever.
I'm personally not religious as it is, but even if I was, I don't need prayer, I just want good ole support and to know people care. Prayers don't do anything. Or at least, not for me. /shrugs

We don’t know if the members were new to the faith or if they even felt comfortable praying. If people could just pray any kind of way, then Jesus wouldn’t have shared what the foundation of prayer should be aka The Lord’s Prayer. You don’t have to have to have eloquent prayers, that part I do agree with.

The power and leading of the Holy Spirit, as well as an understanding of God’s Word is who trains.
There is a such thing as vain powerless prayers. Lots of people pray, but this doesn’t mean that they are praying with or to the right spirit or with a pure heart.
Lastly, if people could pray any kind of way, Jesus wouldn’t have mentioned the foundation for prayer aka the Lord’s Prayer.🙏🏾🌎🌏🌍❤️✨

The plaintiff was turning the property into a church, without getting approval from the city or town zoning committee. And then the Defendant wanted to change the inside of the newly created illegal church to her tastes. And the plaintiff was calling the starting church services, "A GRAND OPENING." A church never has a GRAND OPENING. LMAO! I laughed so hard I almost fell out of my chair. LMAO! And then the Plaintiff complained about someone bringing in a Special Needs child, which that is discrimination against the handicapped. And then the defendant admitted to holding her church stuff in the afternoon. A competition between the ladies began the troubles. LMAO!

I'm black, grew up in Africa when I relocated to the UK I was fascinated by the different eye colours and hair colours of Caucasians. I'd ask questions but in turn they always found my braids/Afro interesting. The would even ask why my brothers were really dark whilst I was very light skinned...I think people are ever so keen to see the negative in every situation instead of embracing people taking an interest in what makes us unique.

It is inappropriate to say the least and creepy as hell to the extreme. If it is considered normal behavior then the defendant would not be so adamant that she did not do that and look so embarrassed about it being brought up. Your context/circumstances are totally different than was being described.

It's a matter of perception, most races usually have the same shade of skin tone as their family members yet black people come in all sort of shades. I find absolutely nothing wrong with anyone asking why my siblings and I have different shades. If it's an usual for that person, they may just be curious. Really and truly... nothing wrong. People will try and find something negative in situations where negativity is not intended. It's not like they insulted the child or treated the child different because of their skin tone.
