I wore a cape for my wedding!! I tried it on as a joke, but then my mom cried and I saw it in a different light. Mine didn’t cover the front like hers did though. I got married in a very traditional Catholic Church and wore a cathedral length veil so it suited my look perfectly. To each their own!

Each dress had its good qualities and she looked amazing in each one. The last one I didn’t like (go to 4:46 and you will see what I mean.)because where ever the illusion creased or wrinkled it made it look like she had saggy skin or fat rolls that she didn’t actually have. Hopefully it would be fixed during alterations. She is a beautiful woman and thankfully her entourage were very supportive.

These dresses are just samples. They'll order her size & have it altered to fit correctly. So really, she just "Yes" to the style, not necessarily how the dress fit at the moment.

I don't understand why it should matter at all. The gown is the CURRENT bride's choice, not for some unknown person way off in the unforeseen future, so any bride-to-be should wear what she wants right then, not choosing something just because it MIGHT "age well."

Personally I just don't get them, they make you look like your wearing nothing, so for me it looks like buttons going up your back for nothing, and makes lace pieces look they float on your arms...... It's great so many love them...... But for me I just don't like them!
