How I’ve saved my family $900,000 since being a Sahm homeschool mom

So you can stay home, be the at-home daycare, at-home preschool or at-home care person for your family.
📣📣Let's do some math. Okay.
This is how much I've saved being at home with my kids and homeschooling them for 13 years and I have 3 kids.
(So you're going to have to do the math times 3.)
Okay.
✅So daycare is 20,000 per kid per year on average.
This is just like a average cost.
Some people have more some people have less.
📣So this is this is all estimation here preschool would be $20,000 per kid per year.
You got a preschool for 2 years you go to a daycare for basically like 4 years. Okay 3 to 4 years.
So do the math on that
📣private school would be$20,000 per kid per year starting in first grade through however many grades they are
💪,obviously after-school /before-care is not free.
✅So if I worked a regular job,
I would have to pay for before- school after- school
average cost is $10,000 a kid for a year.
✅Okay camps are $300 to $600 a week per kid.
So average cost is like 450 which is where I'm going to be doing the math later.
🎉🎉Okay, estimated total savings.
I did all the math and I broke down how many years of daycare
how many years of preschool my daughter would have
how many years of private school thatwe would have
how many years of after school before are
how many years of camps on average for 10 weeks of the summer time 450?
📣So this is for Kid 1 I have saved 425,000.
✅For Kid 2 because he's only in sixth grade.
My daughter's in eighth grade.
My son is sixth grade.
📣📣I would *only* be spending 316,000 on him
and my third kid who's now in third grade, I would have spent at this juncture $252,000.
😭😭😭So now total cost of all those I added up all the-years
🤯🤯 I add up all the things 993,500.
📕📕Okay, so that's the math.
✅✅So if you're a 20-something 30 something year old and wondering hey, “what's the cost of me staying at home or work at all?”
I'm going to let you know that's the cost breakdown-
that is why we were able to buy a house very early on because we haven't had to pay for daycare or care in any way
but then that means I don't have any retirement.
📕📕I don't have any 401K now that I've sacrificed my career.
💪💪So therefore me and my husband had to sit down with a real estate investment, mentor to really make sure that our retirement is in real estate and stocks and all of these things.
📣📣So we had to be smart about it.
Don't be dumb and just sit around and wait for life to happen
be smart about it
get a mentor get a financial adviser to really make sure that you’re making the right financial decisions.
✅✅But that is the advice.
I would give a 20 or 30 something year old.
That is wondering should I study this and be a career mom?
Should I be at home?
Well, that's going to set you back all of this breakdown and all the kids are going to have all the decisions you're going to make that's just the average cost.
🎉🎉Most people have actually more than that because they live in a district like DC or Boston that they’re paying 30,000 a year childcare
but I just did like the national average kind of what I'm seeing in the stats.
