Yay, us Les Paul players deserve some love too. Finally a non-strat blues video.

Jules, you are just incredible to me, can’t believe I missed this video. I wait with baited breath for every lesson. I’m greedy, I want to learn these bends and the thumb trick for playing low E at the same time. A cornucopia of outstanding music instruction. My warmup is your riffs. They hone the triplets for me.
Just a phenomenal lesson. Perfect explanations and pitch perfect playing. You are the master at this kind of intermediate blues guitar lessons my friend !!
thank you another great helper = my sloppy fingers need lot`s of help.
Your a great teacher. You explain it all so well and i was able to pick it up in minutes. Thank you!
Great lesson Jules. I really like the sound of that bend and pull back. As regards the layout of your graphics, I can appreciate that they are presented as if the student is sitting opposite from you and not looking over your shoulder and therefore the graphics match the playing. Anyway , each to their own prefence and well done for another lucid and cogent lesson.
Sweet LP tone!! Thank you for another useful lesson Jules
Woooow..... Superb teaching. Very clear........ ❤❤❤❤
Beautiful and useful lesson. Thanks a lot teacher.
There's no doubt the "bend and repeat" brings the pentatonic to life and makes it musical. I do wonder about the lower registry of the scale, the bottom 3 strings, which don't get as much attention in terms of licks and so on.
Thanks.. always the best vids. This is Gold
Wonderful Video thank you
You are an amazing player and teacher!! Thx!
Very useful, many thx 🙏
Thanks!
5:00 for personal use
Great lessons. Still need to get used to you reading the patterns from right to left, though.
What strings are you using on this video?
Lol did you watch?
I played Gibson to a little warmer tone
I have a big wish. Turn the frets the other way.
Nice lesson, wish the tab was conventional way round, always throws me at first!
They are backwards vertically AND horizontally 😂
Yup, everything else he does is professional, these tabs are not. I’m not comfortable being negative but if it helps….C’mon Jules straighten these tabs out - it’s easier to subscribe when it makes sense. Sorry, and love everything else you do.
I don’t know. These tabs are how I want them. I guess we learned differently from the start
I just can't seem to could learn to play.😂
all right mama
Unfortunately this solo is too hard for 90 percent guitarists. We need something achievable. Also I noticed that fret spacing on my strat is much wider than on gibson, which also make harder some phrases. But otherwise solo sound awesome! 👍
We all have to practice more. Don’t use equipment as an excuse. Just hang in there and keep trying.
