1) When you go down to drink the water, after drinking for a bit, if you see through the blinds, you will actually be able to see a man at the door looking inside the house. If you look away and then again look out, he will be gone.
2)Once the cops arrive, if you go downstairs and open the front gate, you will be able to see paula.
3) You can scroll through the msgs to read stuff to know more about the story. This is pretty much mandate to get the hang of the whole story.
The main point is that there will be many scenes in the whole game where you will be given hints about what the fuck is going on. The actual guy who wrote the story to FOF, did not had any idea of those happening. Its only for us gamers to see and understand what is going on and who the bad guy really is. So always from the next episode, try to look everywhere as much as you can to see some hints. That includes going in places where the game will not direct you to. You will have to go there by your will...
This series is truly a masterpiece. Good thing for u is that the next part that is ep 2 is not as scary as ep1. Ep3 again has the same concept of someone breaking in your house which is going to be scary for u again. Ep 4 is the most scariest, and ep 5 is just not that good. It created a lot of hype in the community but ended up being bad as compared to the other eps.

I find it funny that she freaks out they left a kid home alone at 14. I had friends whose moms would leave them alone at like 8-10... and once with a fever. They just had to work a lot. It definitely wasn't normal though, it was an outlier thing. On the plus side they grow up VERY independent and capable.
I was left home often but never for any multi day trips. Hard to imagine that nowadays 😅
@@Skyytea Oh I totally get what you mean! I think the most they were left alone were 1 and a half days, and it was an exceptional case, it didn't happen to most kids. I understand what you mean by nowadays though, I think in the USA it's even illegal to let kids go out, according to chatGTP(which could be wrong): "In other areas, there have been cases where parents were investigated for neglect after allowing children to walk or play outside alone. These situations are often subjective and depend on the community's standards, the child’s age, and the environment."

My mom went on vacation with my family for a week when I was 14/15 and I begged to stay home, cooked my own food, did the shopping, etc. 10 years later I don't know how she let that happen, but it was amazing
It’s genuinely terrifying tho. Break ins or just stalkers and ofc kidnappings are unfortunately not an uncommon thing. Yes ofc there’s benefits bc you literally have to survive for yourself but you can’t expect a teen and ofc a kid to stay calm or fend for themselves. I know ppl will be like “it’s okay to leave the door unlocked it’ll be okay.” Or “it’s not a big deal these things won’t happen to me” then ofc god forbid when ur in these situations it’s just good to remember there’s nothing wrong to be extra safe

I was waiting for sky to play this game. This is one of my favourite games and it means a lot to me. As u progress through the episodes, the episodes get better and more scary. Hope u enjoy it.

This is the most anxiety inducing game I've ever seen. Like legit pulls you in and the emersion is so gooood. And I love your reaction playing it. It felt real, unlike other play through videos that always sound forced
Just wait till you get to episode 4. Definitely the most loved episode...

This series is one of the most intense really scary games ever i’m not gonna play but i love seeing people get scared of it good luck 😂
This series is incredibly good and based on true stories. I would highly recommend that you continue down to the rest of the episodes when you can.
I recommend playing more of FoF but also check out some Chilla’s Art games. It’s essentially a pov vhs tape Japanese horror inspired games. Particularly Chilla’s Art “Parasocial”…..where you play as a well-known virtual streamer dealing with your “biggest fan”. not very scary but it’s nice little story-telling games just like this one. Hope your doing well :) 👍

It's great that you caught the guy going up the stairs, I've watched over a dozen people play this game and 99% of them don't even see that. They're too caught up with their commentary while playing, or watching the tv show.
The only hint I'll say about this series is: don't be afraid to explore the different areas around you for the best experience.

This is as a good small episode that gives you anxiety and fear of this game asides of all that it was fun to see Sky feel frightened of the jump-scare including before that at least the end it was a relief. I’m glad you enjoyed it better be ready for the next because it’s going to be worse so beware of good jump scares in the future episodes of the “Fears of Fathom” series.
This is one of the horror games that I like.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
