Welcome to the Letterman UA-cam Channel, home to all your favorite clips from Late Night and Late Show - as well as conversations with the writers, producers and performers who helped make it all happen. These highlights have been artisanly-produced, carefully-curated, and chosen completely at random by an old computer that used to pick numbers for the New York Lotto back in the 90’s.
i so love the way that dave is just relentlessly coming at tom and tom so beautifully handling it. this is some super fun stuff. super fun.
Tom's a pro, even that many years ago.
My first time hearing him/seeing him interviewed and what strikes me is that he seems down-to-earth and he's got a baby face. I can see his 10 year old self clearly despite the deep voice and man clothes.
THE GREATNESS OF TOM BRADY!!!
🐐 GOAT
"We're gonna keep going 'til I get one." That is the most Tom Brady thing I've ever heard. Guy's been given a nearly impossible task that doesn't mean anything and he still has to figure out how to beat it.
Tom Brady was on this show three times: November 19, 2004, February 7, 2005 and May 11, 2015.
god bless you
Yeah that's one of the things I have always loved about Tom Brady he's got a great personality as far as having fun and going with the flow
So adorable 🥰, he looks like a baby there.
What a likeable guy.
Yeah Dave was awesome 😂
@@aariz0805😂
Makes me feel old how Dave is joking about how young Ben is
This is the UA-cam channel we’ve all been waiting for!!!!
Zero Out Slot Right 335 Max Base Throw Back Chip Flare. It's even exhausting to type that
Thanks for taking the effort to type it out! Tom said it so fast, I couldn’t figure out what he was saying!
Congratulations Brady and 40 years ago Late Night!
I always wondered where the “No off position/genius switch” line originated. Nice.
I love how Tom just slips in a suggestion of a bounty on QB's for the defensive players.
I've been looking for this interview for years! Love that Letterman started a UA-cam channel!!!
You know he died last year, right?
@@elainemd313 Elaine, you have a black heart 🖤
Hey there not real
@Wilt Chamberlain is the GOAT Was not intended to be a joke. I wss replying to someone who seemed not to know that Letterman died last year.
@Damien Kearns Damian, your attack comment is evidence you have no heart. Hope one day you'll find one and learn to be kind, like the Tin Man.
God Bless Tom Brady and his beautiful family ❤️.🙏🇺🇲🙏
Omg i searched online for any Tom Brady and Dave interviews and really couldn’t find any only of Belichick and Julian + Belichick this is like an early Christmas n birthday present 🎁 😍😍😍
make a right at the fire hydrant. tommy tom, so funny, remind me of my old man. you so awesome. he would say stuff like that. take a left when you see the running dog. you and dave are just wonderful. this is just great.
To think he played for nearly 18 more years after this
LOVE everything Letterman!!! ❤💚💜🤍💙
There's still another 18 yrs and 7 Super Bowls appearances and 4 Championships to follow this interview.
Brady is a class act. I used to hate him because always beat my favorite teams, but now that we beat him, I'm good with it. He really is the GOAT.
Great channel. May I suggest adding the date or at least the year in the description of each video!
May I suggest you click on 'Show More' under the title and it will show you all those details. Nov. 19, 2004 btw
@@daveclark8337 they just added the date.
Thanks for uploading 🙏💙💛
Throwing to cabs was actually a nice prep exercise for throwing to Gronk.
i don't get why people say tom's not cool? he's friggin cool!!!
@@haashemmalik216 not really. And I mean he’s the GOAT so why wouldn’t he be.
He’s the GOAT!
@@haashemmalik216 arrogant how and where? he seems really nice and down to earth from everything I've seen of him.
As a Steelers fan, the beginning of this interview just fills my heart. 🖤💛 Happy Retirement Ben!! Thanks for an amazing 18 seasons
This guy reminds me of Joe Burrow. He has a real future in the league!
What a throughly decent human being: humility and excellence
He was so humble here.
He’s the cutest
Can Tom Brady be any more beautiful? What a face.
Settle down!
Even now he still is.
The GOAT!
You won 21 straight and you’re 8-1. So let’s talk about the Pittsburgh game.. lol! Classic Dave!
Amazing how closely he and bill sound so similar
The GOAT
🤣omg this is GOLD!
I miss these late night shows. Now a day, it's just trash talks to both sides.
Damn I miss The Letterman show and being from Maine, I definitely miss watching Brady destroy the NFL. TV is never going to be the same without these two to watch every night and every week. I haven’t had cable for almost 15 years now. But I have ways of watching the things I want to watch and would definitely watch these two religiously.
Looked like a high schooler then and a 30 year old at retirement.
The other quarterback they were alluding to here was Ben Roethlisberger, this interview was just after his rookie year.
My 2 favorites.
loved this.
That was great! 😂
Oh my how Joe Burrow looks a lot like a young Tom Brady
Sharper dresser... 🤣
Brady stop listening to the voices in your helmet and change the rules 😂
Only "The Dave" could pull that off
TB is going to become the next 007 but Gisel will not be included as one of the bond girls ???
Was BB truly considered an all time great coach at this point? I guess 2 rings is still a relatively small club but it’s so early in his Succesful coaching period.
@@ObamaFromKenya I know.
Well if you think about it Bill's hype train started before he even became a head coach, he was a young hotshot DC with the giants, he was already known as the next great coach. So when he went to the Pats and won 2 rings it was kind of like proving people right so they layed on the accolades thick........
(Kinda like Sean McVay today)
BB was known as a defensive genius with the Giants and won rings there.
Miss informative interviews.
We need to ad taxi cab QB challenge to the probowl
glad belichick was driven cuz gave us some great football. but feel kinda sorry for him too
Crazy he has better aiming now
Eli Manning would have threaded the needle, i.e. placed the football in the cab window, every time. Eli would have been 4 for 4 just like he's 2 for 2 vs Brady.
He retired on February 1st the media is starting alot of nonsense about him coming back already
🐐
G.O.A.T.
Am I the only one who's impressed by Dave's arm? His throws weren't much worse than Tom's.
Does this happen these days? A quarterback in the middle of a season going on to Late Night television? 😮
go easy on the uploads.
That's just the name of the show
I love Messi. Greatest of all time. Then we think: Tom Brady is 10 years older than him and has spent more than half his life in the NFL. Both are absolute legends.
Belichick is mentioned at 1:55 Tom Brady does not answer directly
What makes one think that TB is sane and able to judge ???he was 199 ????
I hope he does stay retired, hate to see him come back and then get hurt. 🐐
Coach Belichick is like Dr. House in the tv show House M.D. He's the greatest of all time in his profession, but he's also insufferable and impossible to like as a person. I respect coach Belichick, but I also understand why a lot of people resent him.
Tom Brady is a bit like that too. He's slightly more charming (and way better looking) but that insane competitiveness must be exhausting to be around IRL.
The thing is you personally do not know coach Belichick . So this is not an opinion of value . It actually says more about your values.
BB is actually a charming guy whet not obsessed by feetball
Belichick has a history of cheating. That is why folks hate him.
@@rayRay-pw6gz I've seen enough press conferences and listened to enough interview from former players to have an idea of what he's like as a person. Obviously I don't know him as a person, but if you don't think we can hold opinions about anyone without knowing them personally, then you can get the hell off the internet.
My ass spasms thinking about this guy
Good GAWD!
Really want Tom Brady and Gisele to get back together those were two of the strongest humans most loving couple what the hell went wrong there's no hope for the rest of us
If TB is such a genius as you think then why doesnt he go into coaching ?????
Next
Coaching is more time consuming than playing.

The GOAT is a competitor of the highest level. I love to see that. However, he should've shaken hands with Nick Foles.
Come on Foles isn’t in the same league - I don’t blame Brady for not shaking hands - “a backup beating me?? He is beneath me”. As an Eagles fan I’m a little embarrassed that we beat the GOAT with a backup - it would have been much sweeter if the Eagles had our own Brady - 2022 and we are still looking - awful organization!!
@@Mikepleith Poor sportsmanship. He wasn't beneath him in the Super Bowl that day.
@@trannongoble7722 it’s overblown - 54 years a Philly fan - Yet some fans insist to focus on the negative. Brady not shaking hands to an inferior player is what is talked about?? Foles has a statue! Maybe Brady just wanted to leave the field and let Nick have his moment so knowing it wasn’t going to last. I rather focus on the Philly Philly - a play Foles called - they won the Super Bowl and that is enough for me - and Brady was back to winning more in the years to come...
The balls must have been over inflated!
cheater
This guy's has the potential to be the greatest..but I have a feeling some little cocky quarterback is gonna come along win just 1 super bowl and and have a better passer rating and td to interception ratio..and fools are gonna believe he is actually better..🤣🤣
He is the greatest of all time! This vid is from 2004. Tom Brady just retired after 22 years and he holds every record imaginable and has 7 Superbowl rings!! Best ever!
@@carolinepandalove7214 I know Brady is the GOAT..I'm talking about the people who actually believe Rodgers is..
Dude got a hair transplant
Liked this humble non-primadonna Brady a lot better as a Pats fan. The Curse of Giselle lives on!
Great coach at cheating
Tom Brady is far and away the most overrated player in NFL History, and that's saying a lot after Dieon Sanders and Brett Favre.
.....lol.
You're funny!!! 🤣😂🤣
He beat Alabama playing for Michigan. Case closed.
Mozart? Bach? Beethoven? Overrated AF 🤡
What year is this? 2005?
