Take your power back, the less you care the smaller they get. We all voluntarily gave our power away at some point. Self-awareness is the first step to reclaiming your autonomy. Thank you Stephanie.

"You're looking too much into it." is another good one.

Thanks so much for this. I found that writing in a weekly journal was extremely helpful. I realised how I was programmed since childhood to tolerate so much crap. No longer. The sad thing is once you learn about all of this; it is easier to discern problematic behaviour and sadly many of us need to do a clean up in our social circles. Walk away from fake friends, terrible work environments.... so many patterns were cemented by us fawning and trying to survive in a cruel world.

It’s awful. Makes you question your reality, and sanity the person I know who does this actually rejected me ,I was thinking just this morning was an absolute blessing!!! Now that I’m healing I thank God they did for me, what at that time I couldn’t do for myself ,I was definitely slowly getting there. They speeded up the process!!! Once I got into therapy the healing process was started. I am actually very grateful that it ended up that way. Things happen for a reason, just believe.

Thanks Stephanie, you explained in such a detailed and clear way. All of this never starts abruptly. It takes time to realize it as you said, think of it as the metaphor: "boiling the frog". Before you get into such relationship, just remember that these people will never change. If they unintentionally show their colors at the beginning of a relationship then take it as a red flag ! They never change ! At the end, they want two things, total control and supply.
Thanks again Stephanie for such a concise description.
    Lyes.

Devine timing for the New Year ❤. I found a picture of me as a little girl on my back seat after going through some things . In that moment I realized that's what I do . I take a back seat in car and put everyone else first .This year is my year to heal and put things in motion to get myself back in the front seat that has been empty for years . Thank you Stephanie

I absolutely loved listening to this podcast. You hit everything so much on the nose. Your videos helped me so much when I was really struggling with my now ex husband. I’ve commented before (sorry if you do see these and are like this woman LOL) but you truly do make an impact on lives. You are amazing!

Ty for the video. It really is insidious & cruel & can make you feel like ure nutso. It can take sometime to come back from that. Do you think you could talk more about intuition & fear. Love & Light✨️

Narcissistic abuse is horrible. It does more damage than physical abuse.

It’s A LOT and don’t relapse until after and you start seeing the damage.

@@StephanieLynCoaching Yes it is. And unfortunately, it is normalized. Which is disturbing but just the way it is.

My narcissistic husband knows what he’s doing he knows he’s hurting me because he laughs at my pain . I can’t financially leave this person so saying that people believe they cannot do with all this person. I know I could do without him, but financially, I can’t I’m disabled the reasons why people have to stay. I can’t afford to live apart. I have no way to support myself.

you probably shouldn’t read the book Magnetic Aura if you’re cool with missing out on how attraction really works.

  • @AbhinavMaurya8840

if you’re not ready for real change, skip the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, it’s too much for most people.
