If you watched all the way to the end, thank you very much for your time. I hope this one's fun for you all to watch! I mention this in the credits, but for the record: I used some footage from LongplayArchive's Star Fox Assault longplay for this video, since a few parts of the game were kind of laggy and stuttery for me on my computer and my recorded footage suffered a bit for it. Cheers

I have this vivid childhood memory where a wasp crawled into a soda I had while playing outside and stung me on the lip when I tried to drink from it, so I refused to go back outside for the rest of the day and spent it playing Assault instead. Good times.
So, I have a vivid memory of a wasp climbing into a dr pepper can when I was a child, and yeah. Stinging me on the lip, so I went inside. Weird
I have a vivid memory of climbing in a soda and some kid tried to eat me so I got scared and accidentally stung them. This happened twice actually. If it was you both, I’m sorry.
@@thomp that happened to me too, except only once, because I'm a bee.
I'm also dead
I remember at the end of the elementary school day walking to the bus while talking to someone. And then randomly getting stung by a wasp on my lip but like the inside. I unfortunately did not have a GameCube so this story isn’t related to Star Fox Assault.
You got stung by the aparoid menace 💀
Never stop the unhinged tangents. They make your videos feel so authentic
i second this comment
I agree, it's my favourite part about the videos tbh
I love when he gets slightly off topic too, makes the videos more fun to watch honestly
i agree yeah
i think he's the funniest man on this platform
I LOVE STAR FOX ASSAULT I LOVE THAT SOMEONE IS TALKING ABOUT IT POSITIVELY. My sister and I both grew up with a gamecube and spent countless hours playing the multiplayer. We made up our own game modes and everything. One where you'd have to hide a landmine somewhere on the map and another where you'd have to race to a certain point or defeat the other person before they got there. The amount of stuff that was hidden behind multiplayer unlocks was CRAZY. Entire maps and characters that were never even seen in the base game. Playable wolf and his whip, peppy, zonness sea base, that desert stage. Fantastic memories. This is absolutely one I'm gonna play with my kids.
The multiplayer menu music is etched into my memory forever. I keep remembering more stuff, the cluster bombs that would shoot out confetti, the cringey voice acting, omg I love this game so much. I'm gonna watch the actual video now. Lute if you're reading this I love your videos and they're some of the best video essays on this site.
@@yeehaw27You brought back some memories. Me and my brothers used play this shit all day and make up our own modes too lol. I miss those days😢
What I love about the cutscene where Pigma dies is that lingering silent shot of Fox's Arwing. With the angle positioned on the idling Arwing, it always registered to me as a kind of devious smile as a kid. Sure, the Star Fox team is embroiled in an alien war where death's happening all around them, but I like to imagine Fox is filled with a quiet, vengeful satisfaction that he finally got the man who sold his father out and directly caused his death. To him, Pigma's not worth wasting any words on, hateful or sympathetic.
Slippy clapping back at Falco is like, one of the most genuine, realest reactions I've ever experienced in a game. I can just imagine Falco anxiously sinking back into the leather of his chair after going dead silent. Get his ass Slippy.
falco daydreaming about hitting slippy in the back of the head made me spit my drink laughing, hope you're proud lmao
Yo, I recognize you for your ktp vids. Great job on 37k subscribers!
>"i really like seeing them"
>picture of stevie wonder
i ugly laughed.
Hey man that's insensitive, if he could read this comment he'd be very offended lol.
I’ll never forget this game. I beat it in one day as a kid at my nanas house. The queen gave me so much trouble I refused to let my brothers help me. Then I beat her right as my dad came to get me when he got off at work and to my surprise there was a phase two! I coudlent shut it off there and go home! I had to avenge peppy! I looked at my dad and told him” it wasn’t over! That I had to take down the bad guys” and I’ll never forget he just sighed and smiled and sat down on the coutch next me to and told me “go get ‘em son” I shit you not I one shotted the queens 2nd phase. Such a core memory for me.
I will always say this, Star Fox Assault was the right direction for the series to continue in, they just never did and continued to shoot themselves in the foot with every future entry. Yeah the gameplay balance between Arwing and On Foot Missions ain't great, controls aren't ideal especially on foot and the mission variety was lacking overall for such a short campaign but man I still imagine where SF would be now if they simply reiterated and improved on this formula instead of whatever the hell Command and Zero were.
Man...
Man I still had fun with the on foot missions though. I beat the game on _coughs_ gold level last month 🫡 sure they're a bit of a slog but they've got their moments. It could have been a lot worse...
Yes, Assault was absolutely that, both mechanically and narratively. Narratively, afterward, we got...whatever the bleep Command thought it was doing and two straight reboots.
Yup never evolving and staying a pseudo on rail shooter I’ll say this this game and Kid Icarus Uprising need a switch remaster it’s a crime for those games to be locked away
"controls aren't ideal especially on foot"
Never went into the control schemes, huh? There's a standard twin-stick option that makes it play like every other shooter of the time.
@@Volvagia1927 The problem is that ever since the original SNES title and its accompanying SuperFX Chip, Nintendo treats Star Fox as a glorified tech demo.
Star Fox 64 showcased advancements in audio technology with a fully-voiced multi-character script.
Command was focused entirely around Touch Controls with the turn-based strategy elements and everything short of the primary weapons being tied to the touch screen in actual combat.
Zero was the worst offender with the mandatory gyroscopic aiming and no option to switch to sticks (unlike Splatoon that released *before* SFZ and was a new franchise debut by the way).
Assault being a more natural continuation instead of being a "WoW! lOoK aT tHiS cOoL nEw CoNsOlE gImMiCk!" Type game was thanks to Assault being handled by Namco and not Nintendo.
Dude, a Fox in Space is so killer. Thanks for mentioning it, and also that OVA I'm gonna check that out.
Thanks for adding the rumble feature to this video, Lute. I still have my rumble pak from when I was a kid, and it really added to the experience.
If you guys still have your N64 Rumble Paks (tm) make sure to plug them in for a shake-tastic Star Fox experience.
Fully compatible with the Ultrakill buttplug too
@@Lute01 Finally, it was already gathering dust with my Wii U
@@Lute01*Wolf getting b& cuz he can tank a Spiner round to the head.*
Yeah, being voiced by not one, but 2 TF2 actors throughout the series can give you that level of endurance.
i can't believe this video made me change my mind about GREENLAND, of all things
i adore your style of video, where you spent about an hour going through a game in a loosely linear manner and point out little details you find cool while frequently going on long and funny, sometimes angry tangents. it’s not like those videos that are framed as analyses or retrospectives but really just recap and nitpick the fuck out of the story, you just explain why you love some weird shit as the title implies, and it rules. i’d like to make a channel someday and make videos like this about the games that i love. seeing you create this stuff is pretty inspiring, i hope you push through any tough situations irl.
anyone who gives star fox assault the love it deserves immediately has my heart but i absolutely love your style, it really feels like i'm just hanging out with a buddy who's telling me about this game i love and it had me laughing out loud the whole time
I need more passion for Star Fox. A Fox In Space is insane and I appreciate you for putting it in my life.
So damn good. I saw it when I was 16 and have been obsessed for nearly a decade now lmao.
There's a growing return of indie devs making 3d platformers like SM64 and Sonic Adventure, so I hope one day we get the same for Star Fox style games.
You’re like a friend I wish I had.

@@Lute01I am friend.
*DEMOCRACY INTENSIFIES*
@@Lute01I doubted you at first but you are truly cultured 20:19,in case you didn't know,a remake has been made called the complete collection, making the games actually functional. Make a review on it because this series needs to shine.
I love how this became a mini Star Fox series overview. I barely hear anything about this game but it was fun hearing your appreciation for it.
Also comparing the Command cutscene art style to Ken Penders is perfect. The shading is so similar.
*my lizzer got apparoidedated 💀*
I grew up with the wrong gamecube starfox game. It's cool how they saved it.
Love Assault. Some of the most fun multiplayer I've had
Man, you have an early 2000's edge about you that I sorta miss.
Honestly Assault was better direction for the Star Fox series to go in rather than Star Fox Zero
The gamecube praise is so real of you
I've finally found it. The person with the best opinions.
unironically my favorite star fox game.
story was fun and the multiplayer is straight heat.
Wolf’s Rendition sounds like some fly Gundam theme
"You're not bad for an Italian"
As a half-italian, I half-cackled.
On the topic of Starlink. I actually genuinely enjoyed that game. The Switch version by default does have a playable Fox and Arwing and the one short side quest, but the real meat of that story is in the separate Starfox DLC pack that adds the rest of the team as playable pilots with their own abilities and a whole separate Starfox campaign that does NOT involve the rest of the Starlink cast. Try it out sometime, if you can get it on sale.
If you have a switch Starlink is actually worth a try. The Starfox stuff is not a DLC, it's actually in the base game. You can play the entire game as Fox and you'd be surprised at the amount of writing they did for the Starfox cast. It's actually incredibly well researched, as they delved into the origin story for the team from the extended media like the old 90's comics.
The DLC added Falco, Peppy and Slippy as playable charactes (you can also play as them through the entire game), and it's a free DLC too. Honestly if you like Assault you're very likely to enjoy this game.
You'll need the real life toy version though, but it's likely dirt cheap because they made way more copies than they could sell.
I don't think you need the toys at all actually, IF you buy the Digital version. I remember the toy thing only applying to the physical edition. Correct me if I'm wrong ?
@@gryffehondor4236 well, no, but it will make the game a bit more manageable, plus you might as well get a cool arwing out of it, right?
Starlink is genuinely so good but the Switch version runs like ASS at some points. Def worth it for the starfox stuff
After watching the post-video section I just wanted to say thank you for the incredible videos you make! I just recently went on holiday with a bunch on online friends that also love your videos. At one point we were all just chilling on the couch with some beers, watching your videos. It was pretty cool. Keep doing what you're doing man!
I love your presentation style a lot. Star Fox Assault was one of my favorite GC games hands down. I loved the story and the gameplay, even the foot missions! Me and my friends had a blast playing the multiplayer
This is a bold and sexy opinion.
Did a you tuber gave it to you?
i like how subjective and sort of tangenty this video is, feels more personal
I used to arrive to school early on dark starry winter mornings 4 hours before the sun even rises, put on the Corneria theme on my old nokia I had downloaded it onto, and ran down the sled hill with my arms behind me sonic style, pretending I'm flying an arwing. Oh, and Assault is good too.
Honestly beautiful
@@espelhodasconstelacoes Funny thing is, I got the idea to do it from a youtube comment in 2010 or so. I wonder how that person is doing now.

As someone who already loves this game, my main takeaway from this is that I should totally move to Greenland
NO YOU RULE
indubitably! However, I would then argue that anyone that randomly tells someone else that they rule must themselves _also_ rule (to at least an arbitrary minimum extent).
SO THERE 😤
Very cringe
this channel is like this game: it rules
14:20 Rick May, the voice of TF2 soldier, did voice Peppy Hare in N64. Making him sorta interact with Engineer in a way.
64 is probably my favorite Star Fox, but Assault is easily my most nostalgic. I love the versus modes and third person shooter segments a lot and they're a lot of fun.
Hey lute writing another comment. I finally had time to sit down and crush this video. I love everything that you do homie. You are so honest with your thoughts and memories its wonderful to connect through that. I look forward to whenever you make a video and will still keep supporting you.
I've been wanting to try this out at some point, but I've only played a little bit; pretty jazzed about it now. I do think this franchise has a lot of potential, too, as would any that has a *solar system* instead of just a world; the idea of having several different worlds to explore would allow for so much variety in gameplay, without straying too far from the core. It could be the modern-day equivalent of something like Mario 3, where you blow a magic whistle, ride a tornado into some strange land, try to balance along a precarious walkway, TOTALLY EAT IT, fall for several minutes through what could only be described as Plumbers' Purgatory, sink to the bottom of pitch black water, then pop out a nuclear green waterfall into some underground garden with jazz-cup-ass visuals, leaving you to wonder the next day whether it was even real. Games can get NES Weird again if design just gets clever enough with the framing.
Also, I love this. Just all of this. The editing gags always get me rolling, and I always wind up rewinding to see what I was laughing too hard to catch! As long as you're doing this, I'll be here.
Assault will always be my favorite Star Fox game, all the space horror elements, the dialogue, gameplay styles, the presentation and story... They haven't topped this one. Glad to see someone talk about it and so positively!
While I'm too lazy to actually check, I'm 90% certain that Oikenny has the same VA as Zoda in F/Zero GX, minus the filter. It's a distinctive vocal performance, sounds like they ran out of time to grab VAs and just threw a dev at it instead. Namco was involved in F/Zero AX, the arcade counterpart, so maybe it could be the same guy.
The Psycicpebbles stock photo really caught me off guard lmaooo
Been low-key obsessed with this game for a long time and was super excited to have this recommended to me! Really enjoy your laid-back review style and I'm excited to see more of it!
this was hands down one of the best starfox vids Ive seen in a while I was pausing constantly just to add on my own commentary even if I was talking to myself
You talk shit about your music (the same way a lot of artists address their work half joke half not) but it makes your videos really special, gives it a unique atmosphere
lute, get this guy off me!!
It's about time you showed up, Lute. You're the only hope for our world!
SF Assault was awsome, I really friggin wish they make another one. It still holds up in my opinion. It was kinda short though.
these videos are some of the best videos on YT no shame in a patreon
This is just an essay of why Star Fox Assault is the GOAT PEAK game of the entire franchise.
And I'm glad people realize it is.
I'm no lying when I say that Assault is genuinely awesome in everything.
I have so much fun and excitement playing it, the atmosphere, the gameplay, the music, even the dialogue feels genuinely fantastic.
Also I really love your honest and kinda unhinged commentaries about anything that happens. It just feels so out of place yet fitting that is cool.
You make me wanna make videos, thanks for being a breath of fresh air
Assault really felt genuinely 'epic'.
I like when you say my beliefs back at me
I genuinely look forward to your uploads. Like when I see ones about to drop on Twitter I tell my partner “thank fuck it’s almost time for a new lute video” then I watch like 3 times in a row
I just subscribed to the patreon. All you needed to do was ask.
I like the song that played during the Japanese TV commercials. It's called "Identity" by Hotei, the same musician who performed "Battle Without Honor or Humanity".
So cool to see this game get some well deserved love
Star Fox Assault freaking owns, and I'm really glad other people are starting to come around on it! I used to play the multiplayer so much, it had a surprisingly large amount of unlocks in its maps, modes and characters that you talked about. Finding S-Flags and getting the medals in each stage added a ton of replay value, ahhhh its so good! I wish Nintendo would lend their IPs to other companies again, cause like Assault and F-Zero GX especially are like some of the best games on the Gamecube
This game would be beloved if there were like 2 extra flying levels and the default controls were twin stick
This game looks rad. Awesome video as always.
First video that I watch on this channel and honestly this also rules, it was a great and funny trip to the game and the pretty much the whole franchise, I'll definitely stick around for more of your content, awesome!
Every time you show footage of silent hill 3 I soy point at the screen
Seeing the runningshine homage in the credits in the end put the biggest smile on my face, bc the whole time in the back of my mind i was thinking about how well you emulated his humor & style while putting your own spin on it. Bagged a fan today.
you forgot the fact that the Sargasso base level has you switch between Space and foot because your air support requests help at times. a fun fact is that Panther does know what the ladies want as his VA is the same VA for Sergeant Major Avery Johnson from Halo, David Scully. this game was a gift from a coworker along with her used Gamecube for my 25th birthday. i also got Adventures with it.
I'm one of those rare folks who favors the all-range gameplay over rail-shooting (Starfox 2 is, unsurprisingly, my favorite in the series), so it's nice to see a game like Assault getting some love.
Starfox was never one of those super-duper beloved series for me growing up, but it really is a shame that we're probably never gonna see another attempt at fleshing the series out beyond "shmup". SF64 is a wonderful game, but I feel like the reverence for it often overrides the reality that the genre just isn't all that popular anymore. There's a lot of potential in the more open-ended-exploration/fast-paced third-person-shooter gameplay - particularly the Walker given its more-versatile nature - but Splatoon also has that base covered nowadays. Kinda, sorta.
I love the shoutout to running shine because aside from yours that’s basically the only channel I watch on a daily basis.
I loved playing this when I was younger this is a great video!
Obligatory “STAR FOX ASSAULT MENTIONED”
Just watched your old paper Mario video from awhile ago and I gotta say I LOVE these videos man. Please never stop
Hey, man, this was a really phenomenal video. I can’t get enough of your stuff, and while I’d happily listen to you talk about anything, I was especially eager to watch this one because I have a pretty similar fondness with Star Fox Assault. I think this game does so much in terms of its story and advancing the series as a whole. I have so much respect for your willingness to open up about your current situation at the end and I am now a proud subscriber to your Patreon. I’m not able to give much, but I know that the money I can give is going to an amazing place. I hope that you’re able to keep doing this for as long as you have the drive and motivation to because you’ve really got something special. No other commentator or reviewer or UA-camr in general is able to bring as much incite, wit, and personality as you, Lute. Keep up the good work!! 🔥
Yeeeah, Estelle Ellis is so sweet. She's actually running a psychic guided meditation with Krystal. She's so eccentric lmao
I can confirm the multiplayer kick ass. We usually play with 3 players instead of 4, but even so there's so much variety with the different weapons, characters, maps, modes, and the vehicles that you can turn on or off. Our favorites matches were:
- Sniper only in Corneria with jetpacks to get on top of any building and no radar
- Nikita missile launcher only (you know, the ones you control with the stick) in Sauria, everyone would pick a cave and we would try to get the missiles out the cave and in through those small gaps, you had to be very precise!
- Just playing in the Zoness map because it reminded us of Kamino from Star Wars!
Bonus points if you get outside the arwing and try to use a sniper rifle or a missile launcher before the Arwing crashed!
PS: Metroid Prime 2 Echoes multiplayer was also tons of fun!!!
this feels like a running shine video in all the best ways, thanks lute
The last time i played star fox assault i cleared out all the aerial units on sauria with the landmaster really fast and peppy's all like "ive never seen anyone use a landmaster like this" and shit it was so fucking awesome 🤣
I am glad Starfox assault's gotten more positive traction in recent years, I always loved it and never really found things too problematic as a kiddo. And the multiplayer with my brothers was so much fun. I also really liked the parallel between Pigma and General Pepper. Did you know that the Flagship has a 1 shot KO'ing move? I always like to think, that it's because of General Pepper's strong will, that he manages to keep that horrible thing from devouring the entire team.
He's the opposite of Pigma, and honorable man who's willing to take the fall for the safety of his entire Planet.
Star Fox Assault is one of my favorite gc games of all time. Every year I always replay it for manifesting a new star fox game one day 🤞
This game is honestly my favorite in the series. Its a quirky, mech anime that isnt afraid to take itself seriously and Im glad its finally getting an even quirkier review.
I love this channel so damn much for how much the commentary not only very noticeably bleeds passion about what is being discussed but also how fucking funny the videos are too, I admittedly didn't know anything about this franchise aside from just hearing about it cuz it's from nintendo yet I watched the entire way through with no problem at all as I have done with pretty much all of this guy's other videos cuz they're just so damn good man holy shit
I loved when Fox said _It's foxing time_ and foxed all over those guys
I know you already mentioned how you prefer Krystal's original VA, but I gotta give major props to her Assault VA in a lot of places. The accent isn't great, but she absolutely SELLS the character's performance. Special mention should go to her pained cries for justice on Sauria, her line declaring that the Aparoids won't get away with what they've done to what has ostensibly been her home for a majority of her life is one that's stuck with me for ages. It's such a good line read and I really appreciated the VA's performance in this game for little moments like that.
This is unquestionably my favorite Star Fox game. Star Fox 64 is a tighter gameplay experience, but you can just feel the potential and style oozing out of this title. Even now, ages after it's initial release, it feels like there's a great and interesting franchise just waiting to burst from the concept and aesthetic of Star Fox Assault, and I hope if Nintendo ever remasters this game it gets the reception and sales it deserves because I genuinely think this style of Star Fox game was on the right track to defining a new era for the franchise.
As a dude who was blessed with a family of siblings, 4 controllers, and a GameCube, let me tell ya, StarFox Assault _was_ a blast to play 4p split screen.
What's even cooler is that, much like Melee, you didn't just unlock characters and weapons, but full on stages. You can battle on Corneria and the Aparoid Homeworld, and there even was Zoness as a on foot map, it was dark as heck and you couldn't see anything too lol (I think the planet was stormy was the context)
What a great video game, always love hearing that other people out there liked it too
Cheers! 🌻
I can't support the Patreon yet, but I hope to do so eventually. Thank you for making great content that's just really relaxing.
thank you for even considering it, i appreciate you and everyone else even just watching and having fun with the videos lol
StarFox Command is Ken Penders edition StarFox. That broke my will lmao. I never put that together but the way you put it was right on the money. I mean, damn. It's tragic that the art was made by Takaya Imamura who is the creative mind behind the original StarFox.
Also, StarFox Assault is my favorite game in the series. I'm always happy when someone puts out and says they love it!
That’s so true tho!!!
I REALLY HATE STAR FOX COMMAND SO MUCH LIKE THERES TOO MUCH UNNECESSARY PLOT 😭
I was sort of confused as to what he meant by that.
...The art style is actually the thing that bothers me most about Command. I don't give a damn about the fanfic-level plots, turning them all into chibis _really_ got under my scales, and I'm not going to stop seething about it until they revert their designs. Malus points for tossing Krystal into Smash Ultimate _with her Adventures design_ while the actual fighters are still in full chibi-mode.
I love your videos. God bless you and I hope everything works out for you. Also are you secretly Running Shine?
another amazing video lute. this might sound corny, but your funny jokes and all that pulled me out of a really bad spot in life. i really appreciate that. i know its weird and you don't know me, but thank you lute. you are awesome
When your high school gym teacher WHAT?
Thanks lute, you rock
23:35
Naw, you don’t get it. Fox just starts fucking shooting up Sargasso for Pigma who isn’t even there. Of course Wolf is gonna be pissed seeing how his men are being slaughtered pointlessly.
The funniest part about him demanding an apology is that he actually deserves one, but gets his ass kicked again so he never gets it in the end lmao.
i dont have much experience with the starfox series, but judging from this video only, this game seems awesome! i really liked the story, and how it expanded the star fox universe, which makes it all the more the sad how the next games are almost all rehashes of 64. As always, it's really cool to see your thoughts about this game and how it impacted you. Great video!
Peppy should've died though
You're one of my favorite tubers right now, can't lie. I love your personal style. It reminds me of RunningShine but without the slight edginess of making racy jokes and with a lot of your own style.
Your humour is on point, I love it!
As I played star fox zero on wii u and recently played on emulator, the only part that motions controls are 100% necessary are the tank stages (which is the part i had to stop playing on emulator), there's very small parts were we have to look at the gamepad but there's literally a button to instantly send the gamepad image to tv and vice versa, would be so easy for Nintendo to just add normal controls and change literally nothing else and sell the game for 60 like they love to do, one of the easiest moneys they could make, but no for some reason.
Also Star Fox Assault is freaking AWESOME!! Glad to see videos like that praising it like it deserves.
Honestly the motion controls just straight up fixed the landmaster for me. In 64 your aim was negatively impacted by the terrain the landmaster was driving on but now that you can aim independently in zero, it really saves the vehicle for me.
@@kurokamina8429 I do agree with that actually, also with the motion controls in general, they are super good to use and precise, the fact you can shoot in any direction and place on the screen while moving your vehicle feels really great!
My actual point there is that I played it fully without motion controls on emulator up until landmaster, because we can't aim with it, only with motion, which is a thing I can't emulate properly, sadly.
Anyone who spends an hour talking about the greatness that is Star Fox Assault is a friend to me. Awesome video! I'm so happy to see more people making videos about SFA!
Awesome video as always, Lute! Gotta appreciate your hard work, man. I've never had the chance to play this game but I'm glad I learnt more of it today. It rules ngl. Also Slippy ftw.
In Starlink: Battle for Atlas as you play with Fox you can summon the rest of the Star Fox team. Corneria's theme will play in the background as the team members annihilate everything in their path. It really cool. Also you can play as Fox during the whole campaign, so it kinda feels like a Star Fox game in a way. Exploring Atlas with the Arwing is awesome. There are some bits of interesting lore in the game too, like Fox mentioning Papetoon, his home planet. Cool stuff.
Man listening to Pendulum for like those 5 seconds was such a blast from the past.
In regards to your TF2 reference, the voice actor for Peppy in the OG Star Fox 64 was also the voice for Soldier in TF2. Rip Rick May
he likes the shadow the hedgehog ost....... so based..........
i will pledge to your patreon, these videos are great and you deserve it. i'm really impressed with how fast you've been able to come out with these, not that I think you should rush them or that I would be disappointed if you slowed down at all. i really Resonate with the thoughts being put forward in your videos unlike anything else on the Website. i'm glad you think krystal is hot and thank you for showing me the cute reporter lady in corneria.
Never heard of Star Fox Assault the game sounds really really cool. Thanks
Oh fuck yeah can't wait to watch this. Love you lute.
I remember playing this game on my GameCube and it was a trip, curious to see what you have to say about it
Came back when I finally had time to watch this. I loved this, this spoke to my soul about I grew up playing the gamecube over the PlayStation and the swagged out star fox characters from smash,
Star Fox Assault is unironically one of my favorite video games of all time. I love it more than 64. I could not tell you why but the darker storytelling really resonated with child me. Thank you for talking about one of the most under appreciated games. I'll sub to the Patreon immediately
