- 👋 Take a look at the weirdest truck ever made! The all new 2024 Tesla Cyber Truck! This Cybertruck is the Foundation Series which basically means it's one of the first out on the roads. Price for the AWD Cybertruck is about $100,000 and the Foundation Series bumps it up another $20,000. The 2024 Cyber Truck is made with stainless steel body panels and black plastic fenders and trim. The Cybertruck can also tow about 11,000 pounds with payload at 2,500 pounds. This is a dual motor electric vehicle and has about 600 horsepower which is good for 0-60 in 4.1 seconds even with a curb weight of 6,600 pounds! Overall the style of the 2024 Cybertruck is wild! Like nothing else and is shaped like a triangle wedge! Words can't describe how crazy it looks in person. I honestly thought the Tesla Cyber Truck was a total joke and still am blown away this truck exists. The interior is minimalistic for the 2024 Cyber Truck and really just has one massive 18in screen. Personally I don't like it at all. Way too confusing and just too many things going on. Cameras work great thou and the power controls to open the trunk, tonnoue cover and tail gate are pretty cool. The air suspension lifts the truck up very tall in off road mode, and super low in entry mode too which is pretty cool. The stainless steel panels seem unfinished. All of the edges are just as you would think a raw pice of sheet metal would be. So it makes it a bit uncomfortable closing doors since your finger tips are on the edge. Also gets very hot. If you want the craziest vehicle ever produced, then definitely check out the all new 2024 Tesla Cybertruck. I still think these are a fad and will be out of production in a year or so. Just a wild idea for a truck and I think is such a niche vehicle for a select few. Fun to check out tho! Aside from locking myself out of the Cybertruck with all of my belongings inside for 10 minutes...

I briefly saw my first Cybertruck in person on Tuesday parked at my local train station

I can easily see these trucks as a one of those vehicles you see on videos about "forgotten cars you didn't know about"
But i also see them becoming insanely expensive to buy after a while because they will become rare and having a wild history. Kinda like trying to buy a DMC Delorian today.
Yeah I can see that for sure. We'll see if these are short lived and expensive 10 years from now. The only thing is, the EV system will end up wearing out long term. So I don't think many EV's if any, will really hold long term value. They seem to be more like a cell phone and are throw out items after the battery fails.

@@markislivingdeliberately it would probably cost more to do that then the vehicle is worth. Thats the problem with these EV’s and how integrated the batteries are.
Seen a couple of these on the road and they look absolutely goofy. They look like a cheap prop car for a movie.

Looks like a villain’s car. Target market are Tesla fanboys/early adopters and exotic car rental agencies in Miami and Vegas (who will buy them used at a 50% discount).
Yeah I can definitely see that! I’m sure these will tank in value over the course of a year and they will be funny vehicles to own for brand promotion and things like that.

Other than towing, hauling long distance which is simply reality of batteries, has a lot of features and utility. You'll find it rides better than other trucks EV and non. Definitely different design which is a matter of taste. Prices are coming down from Supercar levels and they pushed back regular pricing to 2025 due to demand for $20K premium, which is a crazy price for a truck. Great review and detail. Not clear other than design and technology what makes you think it's a fad, but interesting POV.
I just think giving the wild style and since it is a truck, it won't do well for truck buyers. Even the F150 Lightning isn't selling well. Truck buyers just don't seems to want funky vehicles like this. They typically like function to be number 1. Time will tell. I just thing a crazy styled truck like this isn't for the long run. Also bed space isn't acceptable from the sided like other trucks. So that will deter buyers too
@@BrosFOURRSpeed The truck squats so not bad and high sides can have benefit for dirt and other stuff. From stainless steel to power I think they built and designed it to be functional but obviously threw out past template. It will be clearer once you have some time behind the wheel and understand the tech better what your view will be. Not for everyone of course but other than towing, hauling long haul, not many trucks will beat it as a package. A contractor who is set on a truck type and accessories won't switch, but even there I'm seeing customers buying it. The demand for the $20K premium has surprised the company probably now extended to 2025. But very interesting development in a category that hasn't changed in decades. Curious how it turns out.

Guss I’m the only one who actually thinks it’s cool 😂. Unpractical in some areas but definitely isn’t a boring f-150 😅.

Awful delivery. No six seater, no digital rear view mirrors, not laser windshield wiper, no the range promised, and all at double the promised price. I foresee major failure

Foundation series MSRP originally was about $120k. I think now they have already lowered the price tho for upcoming orders

@@George_Shonia When this was new the AWD was $100k. But when you had the foundation series package that bumped it to $120k. As of now, these have dropped in price and are now lower according to Tesla. But this exact vehicle being one of the first ones, that was the pricing for these
I've seen some stupid cars in my day, but this one is by far the worst. Ugly as sin and just plain obnoxious to say the least. It looks some shit someone put together in their backyard and it has the build quality to match.

Probably. Certainly some fanboys who just love it because it’s a Tesla. It was cool to check out. But certainly a gimmick of a vehicle and I highly doubt it will be long lived

ametuer review. Are u familiar with any of the engineering associated with that truck to say its a fade and just looks special. 10k says it revolutionizes EVs and ICE architecture and manufacturing. f 150 lighting is better lol go back to school kid
Eh we'll see. EV's are seeing a huge decline as of this year and many automakers are going back on what they said the last few years of having all EV cars by 2030. Plus the wild design of the Cybertruck I just don't see becoming widespread. Time will tell ;)
Haha people are funny. I guess the 2.5mil people who reserved one I guess they thought the same things. Lol Looks like it’s straight out of a video game. What does it matter if it’s different. 90% of the truck drivers in the world don’t use trucks for towing nor hauling. It looks better than any other truck on the road minus the Raptor and it’s electric; that’s the icing on the cake. Hey ya’ll keep running to the gas pumps and spending 1,000s of dollars. Then every 3k miles or so go get your oil changes, flushes and new brake pads. Do the math overtime time and see how much that’ll cost versus charging at home and no maintenance cost; 1,000s saved each year.
Keep in mind the EV’s tank in valve close to 50% in the first two years. So anyone buying a new one will spend much more then a $50 tank of gas and $100 oil change. But also the 2.5m people who paid the $100 deposit didn’t buy the truck…. But we’ll see as time goes on. Just my thoughts. Weird truck for sure and I just don’t see it being a long term vehicle. F150 lightning and the Rivian are better choices.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed I see your point, but I have a rebuttal. The 2.5mil reservation holders at $100 haven’t had a chance yet to buy the truck. The truck has only started to ramp up in production. I’m $100 reservation holder. I received my invite to purchase the truck 2 weeks ago. I accepted and am now awaiting my VIN# I don’t care about the value decrease and neither do most. The value decrease only matters to those planning to sell the truck. The resale presently is more than the purchase price, for those who wish to resale and not enjoy the truck for several years. @@grim7174 true. But keep in mind. When they first unveiled it, Tesla said it would be $60k or so. Now that these cost over $100k they kinda bait and switched their potential customers. Tesla also doesn’t have a lot of features available like they promised. So not the best way to roll out a vehicle
@@BrosFOURRSpeedLook at it another way. They are charging $20K over already expensive prices and they will continue to do so until 2025 because of demand. And people who buy it like it a lot from their reactions. Hard to say they have a demand problem.

I't certainly expensive, but plenty of people are buying brand new diesel trucks, Raptors and the TRX, who won't buy this. So I'm sure a good amount of able buyers have 0 interest in this
