I use the Revell masking tape. This works quite well, but even with it, paint sometimes flows into the transitions of two pieces of tape. Unfortunately, I have not found a solution yet.
Hi! Nice work! Please can you help - what I need as a starter pack to build this model - paints, glue, brushes, scotch or something else? Are all the paints listed on the back really necessary?
Thanks! You can find links to some of my tools in the description. And no, not all colours are required. But the more different colours, the more realistic.
hey i saw on a website that this model can be bought as a "model set" and the seller says it comes with paints and glue. did yours come with the necessary stuff or did you have to use separate colors??
Hi, I did not buy this model as a model set, but I bought the A320 as a set. A model set is good for a start, but it does not include all the colours and tools you need. You have to buy them separately.
The E190 can be bought as a model set on amazon theres 2 options without and with contains blue grey and white i suggest it as theres glue too some dont include it some do if your constantly doing lufthansa i suggest it probably last 2-3 planes
An airbrush is nearly the same instead it puts chemicals in the air and you cannot use this indoors the point of a paintbrush and paint is to make it easier in my opinion i like the revell paints for me they dry in 10-15 minutes an Airbrush needs a ton of equipment
@@002aviation7 Let me disagree. Surface painted with airbrush is homogeneous and clean. If you want to make really beautiful models, you need airbrush. Model painted with paintbrush is beautiful from a distance, but if you will look on it closer, flaws will be visible) It’s just my opinion)
Thank you! Yes, I also think that the airbrush gives better detail results and maybe I will get one in the future. Nevertheless, 002 Aviation also has valid points that speak against an airbrush.
@@002aviation7 What? 150$?To paint model with airbrush you need just paint and thinner. For example: if you painting Lufthansa E190 you need 6 paints, and thinner - that’s all
I really like your videos, please continue like this. I've been watching your videos from Turkey
Thank you very much!
Same
Great model As the 320! I love how you answer every comment! This makes you So unique even tho you made only 2 Models So far in my opinion!
Thank you!
@@Aviatico also does it comes with the colors for it?
It depends, only if you buy it as a "model set". Then there are some, but not all colors included
@@Aviatico ok thanks

Can’t wait to see your next model!
Thank you very much!
And a question, which masking tape do you use, and how do you prevent that the paint leaks under the tape
I use the Revell masking tape. This works quite well, but even with it, paint sometimes flows into the transitions of two pieces of tape. Unfortunately, I have not found a solution yet.
@@Aviatico ok, thank you I am going to buy Revell masking tape and I am going to try find a solution.
@@Aviatico I’ll say if I gonna find a solution.
Nice!
Thank you!
what paint are you using? so the result with paintbrush method is great
Thank you! I used almost all the required paints listed here downloads.revell.de/Manuals-Modelkits/03883.pdf
The paint job with a paintbrush is amazing, me i paint with airbrush and the result is the same
Thank you!

@@modelaircraftyt Again chemicals and restrictions with Airbrushes you need over 150$+ for a model

Hey, it would enjoy me, if you make a video with your equipment. I like it to build with Revell. But I don´t exactly know what I need for that.
Yes, if there is greater interest, I can make a video about it.
@@Aviatico Nice, thanks!
Fantastic model - I have just bought it. How long did it take you?
Thank you! And have fun with yours! It took me almost 2 months but I didn't work on it every day
Is in the model a display stand?
i think you should try to make lufhansa airbus a350-900
I have definitely planned the Lufthansa A350 for the future as well
I also want to buy some revell planes but is it plastic or metal?
Plastic
its easy to build? or no
Compared to the other models, yes.
wow
Aviatico, tico for Costa Rica?
Do you need to paint the fuselage white?
yes
@@Aviatico Is there any reason why?
