Hey there. just wondering, how do you keep the paint off of the the windows when you are airbrushing. I am planing to get this model kit and just need a tip or 2 to get started with it. Thanks. Keep up the amazing work!
Brilliant work there!! I’m afraid I don’t have the patience anymore to do this kind of professional work … I barely have the patience to watch the video 🥴
I really like this video. It not only was entertaining with the superb build but it was also relaxing with the jazz music in the background. Thumbs up on this video!
fantastic. may I ask, when you airbrush you intermittently point the airbrush downwards (towards the paper) and then continue on the object at hand. what exactly are you doing there and why do you do that? ( I am a total beginner so please bear with me)
You were a keen observation. When using an airbrush, there are often paints in front of the needle, so it is the act of emitting the air to the floor to drop the paint.
@@MODELBOX1 what is the needle? the front part of the airbrush? so do I understand correctly, there is an amassing of very tiny droplets to bigger drops (like "drooling") at the front and so you point it downwards to "eject" this "residue" so that you dont get big drops on the model?
Your video has been a huge help as I am new to building airliners. Would you happen to have a link where I can get that foundation white? I'm having trouble finding it anywhere.
Outstanding video mate. Not into airliner models so much, but you made that very interesting and skill-laden.

I glued window part after paint fuselage.😊
@@MODELBOX1 Thanks a lot. This should help me when I build my 747!
I have never seen this kit, being built any better..😊❤

Why don’t you make small scale of thing, one hour a day👍

I'm so glad to hear those words😁
Super job! Sweet job on the engine exhaust cones and cowling! I like the e-2c Hawkeye as your side project too! 747-8 is just a sleek beauty.
I've got this kit and want to start it very soon so this video will be hugely helpful. Very nicely done, thanks.
What spray you used?
Revel kits must be getting better.
I’ve just got this kit and am going to start it soon, how long did this take you?
It takes a lot of time to shoot a video. Just take you time and enjoy it! 😁

Yhea, you understand correctly. Technically, paint dangled in nozzle cap😔
Yup, always spray any residue on the tip of the needle away. I almost ruined a paint job by not doing that.
Curiosity, why are you shooting airbrush onto the paper every once in a while? Clean the nozzle?
Yhea, trying to get rid of the drops on the tip of the nozzle
Amazing work, mate!
Good choice of music!
Really nice work!
Great job 👏👍👏
It's really cool.
Beautiful 👍
Thanks!!
At 4:45 there is a pin in the engine to rotate the vane. Is this standard in the kit?
Yhea, it standard in the kit😁
What is the name of the painting machine?
What kind of machine do you ask? Let me know time of video😊
@@MODELBOX1 The machine you used to paint parts of the B747
I used 0.5mm airbrush😁
Wow❤
Hi at 5:40 what is this?
It’s tamiya epoxy putty
I have made this! Watch the channel to find out

Thanks for watching. I used “Finisher's Foundation White” 😁
