@@enmaakatsuki Thanks again for making these guides. While I’m waiting for part 4, is there some other guides regarding this topic that you would recommend? Books? Videos?

Looking forward to more tutorials!! Live2D looks really interesting and I've always wanted to try picking it up and your tutorials makes me wanna pick it up more so now
This is so helpful! I've been studying this week to understand how to do a simple animation like this and your tutorial on separating the image couldn't have been better. Thank you!!
Thank you so much I have been searching this answer for a long ass time and never found any answer to my liking, this tutorial is everything I needed summed up in 15 minutes
damn, and here I was working backwards by trying to draw out each piece first and then using my head shape and orientation lines of the face layers to make everything else from there.
Wow This is great! *i have some question* Can you teach how to do in mouth part in live 2d, just like.. About in parameter and how to make it when i need to do -close mouth -normal flat- -close mouth -smile- -close mouth - unhappy ( ᵔ form)- -open mouth -happy- -open mouth - unhappy- I have find a lot tutorial but it is old version of live2d, i cannot understand it T T Thanks for reading till ends and Thank for making video! Wait for next video
@@enmaakatsuki hello! can't wait for more of your tutorials you make it look so easy! if i may request tho, when you make a tutorial on eyes can you also teach a little thing about glasses? im trying to make my own live 2d too and glasses always makes it look janky imo, thank you so much!
I cant draw and I really wanted to learn doing it. good thing there's picrew my friend reccomend me and the description said its okay to make it live2d, i may start from 0 without any knowledge on SAI or photoshop to seperate things. But i hope its not too late to start and learning new thing I thank you deeply with this tutorial.
Thank you so much for your tutorials! I love how informative they are. I'd love to see a slightly more detailed explanation on how parts should be arranged on layers. How the head sits under the face, the bangs on top of the head, and long hair under the body, etc.
Brilliant video! Thanks for showing everything you did step by step, it really helps with getting a full understanding of the process. Can't wait for future videos!
thnk you senpai. i have worked in software for years. various programs like photoshop, 3d max, i used to do flash animations. i can't wait to learn this program. i am just finding out about all this stuff. really neat.
i will have a vtuber debut on a new channel in one month, all my social media is set up now. and character almost done :) thank you. i will share my links when ready if you like
I would make a joke, but idk if anyone would find it funny. Regardless, a very informative video about something many people probably wanted to do yet didn’t know how. Good stuff

How do you shade so well? I like drawing, but shading is always the hardest part for me. I have no idea what colors to put where, and even if I did, I have no idea how to blend it all together and make it look good.
Amazing!! Thank you so much for this! I also was a bit confused on a few things, what image size/resolution is recommended to draw the character before importing it into the program for Vtubing? I'm looking to make a high quality one.
This is super helpful thank you! In live2d is it possible to add more layers later? Such as additional outfits for a character without having to re-rig the face?

Hi! Just wondering, what’s the size of the canvas we use for live 2d in photoshop? I’m rather new to the app and is a little confused over resolution and lengthxwidth, I don’t know what size should I do🥺
so this tutorial is if someone (client) gives a png illustration right? but is it possible to just draw everything seperate from the start, so there's no need for cutting?
Another question!! what is the size of the format to save? and how to save it, like, as photoshop or sai? I try to open it but in none of these formats it allows me
Thank you for your tutorial!! Are these parts mean to be cut and classiffied in the Cubism software? or can we have the layers and folders of each body part ready in the PSD document?
it's still possible, it depends on your layers arranged, its hard to explain it - The upper arm position is behind body layer, and the rest of lower arm are in front of body layer
